  Good hotel but getting old

  The room appeared nice on first impression. However, found out later that the phone did not work, the bathtub water stopper leaked water and the hot water tap did not supply even warm water. Informed the technicians to fix the problems while I went for a dip in the pool. However, they could not fix it, and I asked for a change of room. I think the service was good in that they showed urgency to effect the change of room. Food-wise, I would rate it as average. Spa quality depended on the masseur assigned to you. Mine was good, my wife's was average. I would go back to the hotel again if I am looking for a short getaway due to its proximity to Singapore and the tranquility of the surrounding but I think it is in need for some renovation.

  Beautiful boutique hotel but far from main hotel

  It was nice weekend staycation at this hotel. Heard about this hotel from a friend and recommended us to try this one since we're looking a hotel to stay for a night. It was a huge area covered with a gold course. The main building where the reception situated and main hotel building are at the very front. It took us about 2mins drive from the reception to the Anughra Boutique Hotel which situated near to the Gold Field. The room is huge! All Deluxe and Suite come with living room seprately and seperate bathroom and bed. Bed was comfy and clean plus the bathroom is very big too. Totally wort it to stay here

  disappointed

  1. booked a room in Anugraha Boutique Hotel in December 2014 and requested for a room with King size bed, but after checked in to the room only realized that the front desk personnel has given a twin-bed room. Had to go all the way back to the front desk again which is very far from the room. 2. During check in, the front desk requested me to fill out a form for the breakfast that will be delivered to the room in the next morning. I have requested for a 9.30am delivery, but breakfast never did arrive until 11am (and only being sent after > 10 calls to chase the personnel Ms Mira at Room Service department) - completely UNACCEPTABLE. 3. this boutique hotel is supposed to be quiet and young children-free but unfortunately, right next to our room, a family with 5 young CHILDREN checked in on December 26 and made lots of noises. - totally disappointing 4. Hair dryer wasn't available in the room. we called housekeeping and they gave excuses like "sorry we ran out of hair dryers" - totally unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. 5. the water pressure/ water volume of the toilet bidet was totally uncontrollable, wasn't a pleasant experience to use it 6. there wasn't a phone in the room for in-house call, every time i need to request for something i'll have to use my own cellphone. it was mentioned on their website that they have IDD phone in the room, merely a lie. 7. lodged a complaint to the hotel but nobody bothered to reply for the past 2.5 weeks. 5-star hotel? totally overrated!

  Peace full place

  Very big room...good facility..good for people like peace palace..natural enviroment...nice place..swiming pool very clean .food also got many verity..night got small bar for enjoy your drinks and chill with your friend

  Great Resort

  booked the honeymoon package for 28-29th may 2016. check in was fast... was very detail explained. always put on a smile. very professionally done. the duty manager, escorted me till front lobby of anugraha and i could park my motorcycle at the lobby itself. it really make me feel secure of the safety of my bike. request to decorate the bed as it was my wife birthday, as seen in some pics but it was not done. but it doesn't really matters to me though, i love the room.... clean... big and really comfy. the furniture need to refurnished though. went to pulai spa had 60 mins of massage and requested for scrub too. was really professionally done. really feels good after that. poolside candle light dinner was superb.... greeted by the duty manager Ms Salmah. always put on a smile and the crew served us well. atmosphere was so romantic as my wife really love the 3 courses that was being served and it was delicious. morning breakfast was again greeted by Ms Salmah and it really feels welcome and the breakfast was simple but good... swimming pool was good... two location one near to anugraha and the other near cinta ayu. overall we had a great relaxing time in pulai spring resort, anugraha resorts. well done.. keep it up.
