  Good For A Night's Visit

  The first impression upon entering the lobby is that it's a clean hotel, but the second floor hall rugs were a different story. They really needed some cleaning, so I braced myself for the room (202). The room itself was really clean, but a few problems did exist. The fridge wiggled so much that when I opened it to put a juice in, it came off its slat. The air conditioning made so much noise, that we either took the heat or listened to the loud noise until it got lower. My husband opened the vent and found that the problem could be that the filter was in need of changing. The couch had dark stains on it, so sitting on it wasn't going to happen. Get breakfast somewhere else, you'll have a better variety. There was only eggs and sausage, waffles if you make them, a few pastries, and no fruit. Also the coffee cups were like the ones in the room. The alarm system went off at 3am, three times. However, the bed was so comfortable that I went right to sleep, and the staff was very nice, especially when explaining there were no other rooms available. The hotel was quiet even though it sat off a main, busy street. The only outside noise was the kids playing in the hall, but they were on the other end so it wasn't that bad.

  Overnight stay on my way to Iowa

  Overall my stay was okay. The room was clean and odor free. WiFi worked good. The hotel overall is in nice condition. My only disappointment was the desk clerks although pleasant mostly they sat at the desk , not standing up to greet the customers. Any place I have stayed at the desk clerks always stood to greet check in/out guests. I would rate that a three. Reasonable price for the accommodations.

  Poor and negative hospitality!

  Room was satisfactory, however king bed looked more like a queen. Went to the front desk to ask for towels, was told no. Then was asked how many we had. I said 2. She then told me 2 is all I get. Then I said I only have 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Can I get 1 more of each? She then said what else do you need. I said I guess that is all. She came back with what I asked for and an additional bath mat! With Covid 19, there was no breakfast being served. We were not allowed to sit in the lobby either. When I asked if I could have a chair from the breakfast room so we could both have a chair to sit on. I was told I could not have it in my room overnight. So if you like to stay in a hotel that treats you like you are in prison...this is your place!

  Excellent Service and professionalism.

  I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Harvey Illinois. I had to stay there because they were renovating my hone. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff very friendly. The Manager Shawnnay was so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had a slight problem when I was there and she quickly helped me solve it, all the time consoling me about the situation. The Quality Inn & Suites in Harvey Illinois has a Manager who truly meets customers needs, makes sure that things run smoothly at the hotel and can be a role model for other managers within your organization. During these times with so much going on in the world, to have someone who truly cares about guest in the hotel and do there job at the same time should be commended. I will for sure, reccomend this hotel to others. Sincerely Ms Bell

  This place is a dump

  The parking lot is littered with trash. The first room presented to me had holes in the walls, broken furniture and no toilet seat (yes). The next room was small, acceptable.. Noisy halls all night. All the spare meeting rooms, gym and pool packed with storage. I didn't except much for $60. Front desk cared enough to be helpful. Not her fault the building is in bad shape. Not much quality in this Quality Inn. Not family friendly. This hotel shares parking lot with two other hotels that aren't any better.
