  Nice, Clean Hotel

  We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel; everything was spotless. All the people working the front desk were polite and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful with eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal, pastries, oatmeal, juice, coffee and tea. Breakfast was served on real plates and real silverwear, not plastic and styrofoam. We will stay here again and recommend this hotel if you are in the Charlotte area.

  Quality Suites

  We recently stayed at the Quality Suites in Pineville to attend a funeral. It was a last minute trip. The hotel was about 5 minutes from where everything was taking place. The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Easy walking distance to some restaurants and Carolina Place Mall as well, if you have some time. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Super nice hotel close to everything!

  Emergency stop...so pleasant!

  Was in the 9th hour of a 12 hour road trip and needed to stop overnight...went strictly based on Trip Advisor reviews for hotels near Charlotte. Check-in was smooth and fast...clerk was pleasant. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and we were happy to have the kitchenette in the room to prepare our meal!! Check-out was easy and so very fun...thank you Rhonda!!! Hope to see you in July on our next trip!! Rhonda was very helpful...providing bottles of water for my medications etc as we were leaving...her personality made us want to stay!!

  Wonderful staff

  The staff here at quality inn suites are amazing. They bring the meaning to southern hospitality. Whatever needs whether it be helping with normal day necessities or just a friendly conversation is met with a 5 star type feel. One front desk agent in particular named Nikeya who meets everyone with open arms is a reason I will choose quality inn suites again. Thank you guys

  Excellent Birthday Stay (again!)

  I first discovered the Quality Suites Pineville in 2010, and it has consistently been excellent for over a decade. My latest stay was to celebrate my birthday, and once again I was impressed. This past stay, I was in suite #216, with king bed and pull-out sofa. As always, a clean, spacious suite with nice extras like two TV's and wet bar. Remotes for the TV's are sanitized, wrapped in plastic, and given to you upon check-in at the desk. Breakfast has been cut down to cold items due to COVID, although they're stocked in the buffet and not individually wrapped. Guest service continues to be a highlight of the hotel, with Ms. Rhonda being a standout and a pleasure to talk with. All of this comes at a surprisingly reasonable price. The Quality Suites in Pineville has consistently been an exceptional hotel and among the finest in the chain. For lodging needs in the South Charlotte area, this hotel is one of the best.
