  Dirty and dishwasher was smelly as hell!!

  Booked a 1 bedroom with kitchenette . I have no words except that I had to stay only one night as the place was not what I expected. Dishwasher had a strong stench so couldnt use the kitchen and lounge area. The curtain in the shower had mould building up from the hem. The perishable foods like milk, eggs, salmon that were in the basket were left on top of the kitchenette although it was extremely hot that day (33 degrees) and do not know how long they were left there for so didnt touch any of it. Reported to reception but they didnt seem bothered. In these Covid periods you would expect a lot to be done on hygiene. Cutlery and crockery were left in the cupboards open and not individually wrapped up away from dust. Lifts are still same where you press a button instead of using a card swipe so not very hygienic in my opinion. For the price charged a night I would expect more. Balcony covered in dust basically. Will not be recommending and staying here again unfortunately!

  Overall comfortable stay... but bed can a bit better.

  Comfortable with staying at Quest Caroline Springs. just that the air conditioner is not working quite well at some rooms and the bed is not too comfortable... but i feel comfortable staying in this apartment.

  First Class Customer Service

  We were surprised and delighted by complimentary wine in our room when we arrived. Every single staff member was helpful, welcoming, warm and friendly. We will never forget how great they made us feel.

  A decent and calm stay

  It was a very brief check in/out, as I only needed the room for one night. Staff were friendly and polite, and the room was spacious. The walls are a little thin as I could hear my neighbours but not bad!

  For $300 a night, stay elsewhere

  We arrived 2 hours after check in time. The room was still not ready. Once we got let in around 20 minutes after arrival, there were STILL staff cleaning the room. The bathrooms were spotless, but we were in a hurry and got ready to leave. We left staff still cleaning the room. The bed setup was incorrect to what we had booked too. Once we looked around the next morning, curtains were not clean, walls were disgraceful. The TV was way too small for the room and around 10 years old, not that it was a big deal for our one night stay. But the check in/arrival process was a nightmare that nearly made us late. We will never stay here again and it was definitely not worth the $300 room charge.
