  First impression

  It was our first time to stay at R Rancamaya and it was good but with a bit disappointment. After we checked in, we discovered the bed sheet look uncleaned with light yellow spots spotted. The room service came and it took him 3-4 different bed sheets to assure that it was clean n no yellow spots. Recommended that the hotel management to review the performance of the cleaning service company. Secondly, during breakfast time, please add another 1-2 staffs who serve breakfast meals. If it wasn't due to covid condition, it would have been ok as we self serve. The queue to get dishes was not long but with an extra help in the serving area would have made a difference in customer experience. After all, we are mostly hungry in morning times. Receptionist was very helpful and polite during check in process. Staffs greeted guests wherever they bumped to each other. Place was clean and views surrounding were great!

  FANTASTIC AS ALWAYS

  Our favorite place to have staycation and weve done this for 5 years.. always had wonderful time here.. Despite many new hotel and resort offered us but R Hotel still unbeatable! Had very special moment to meet again Mr. Ulrich Hahn the General Manager and Bp. Herman Buspa the Hotel Manager, we greatly appreciate everything that you personally and your staff always did for us. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was very attentive, kind and professional. Brilliant service! Usually we stayed in Lagoon room but this time we wanna try another room at 6th floor to see beautiful view of Mountain Salak because my son wanted to make a painting of it, but it was raining in the afternoon so he couldnt do his plan so we all stayed in our cozy room, watching the beautiful view through the window. Perfect! either the day was shining or raining the view is amazing. Then the sun shone bright, so we quickly went to Club House for swimming and seeing the nice view of golf course and Mountain Salak.. Everyone jumping in the pool! This was so cool.. lots of joy and laughter. The next day we enjoyed the morning with beautiful sunshine and fresh air by riding tandem bike around the resort. Awesome! I would like to express our special thanks to Ariska, she is so kind. Ariska was the one we met in Pavilion Restaurant at the first time we came here in 2015. She was the best and until now she is still the best! She is so attentive and really did her extra miles to meet guest satisfaction. Great service as ever from Chef Slamet.. My sons no. 1 rule to return here is your super yummy donut!! Thanks Chef! And to Amel and Nia thanks for your friendly services. Markus and Taofik at Reception are excellent, wed asked two rooms with Mountain Salak view, and we were given rooms next door to each other which was great. Wonderful service from Budi and his housekeeping team for setting up the room with lovely complimentary from management and cutey towel art made by Housekeeping Team, and of course we do not forget the nicest concierge Irman and Adam who are always smiley and keen to help. Once again R Hotel is FANTASTIC AS ALWAYS, the hospitality is great, the people are wonderful.. so we have already decided to return for our next staycation. See you soon everyone!

  Best Staycation with family

  Stay on 4 nov for 1 night, First time staycation with our family in this hotel, overall me and familly got a wonderful experience : 1. We arrive at the hotel around 1 pm , and we know that c/i time at 2 pm, but the staff said that the room was ready and we can get early c/i, that's was nice 2. In the evening time we goes to the pool, after finish swimming my baby was got a shiver since the water temperatur was cool, and we know that the pool towel can only be used in the pool but the staff give the permission to bring the towel to the room, very sincere 3. We eat dinner in the patio lounge, and the lady staff was very nice and give explanation detail for the menu, unfortunately I forget the lady name 4. Finnally when we do breakfast the exc. Chef M. Nasrullah give his time to greeting us and give his personal touch to us, that's was wonderful. Me and my familly was very gratitude for the serfice & experience that your hotel give it, and we will come again in the future

  Not great as the review

  Guys, first of all this is my opinion based on my stay 2N at this hotel. No indication of anything but pure my experienced. Pro:Great View. Cons : Goo on my walls, denty shower, dirty room, dirty blinds

  One night trial

  Overall, room and service was so clean and nice, but I still could hear voices from my next room. I think more than 2 people stayed in my next room and I guess they bring the kids. It will be disturbing if we still can hear someone yell and talk in a loud voice.
