  Greate hotel services good people clean rooms. Enjoyed the Restaurant and especially free breakfast. At check in Kaju is nice helpful always smiling persona always helped me doing my reservations. Happy with the service.Thank you.

  Comfortable and affordable

  Lovely hotel :) super easy check-in process and Kuyinder at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful! Close to the highway and easy to find. The room was clean and well maintained. Walking distance to a very nice park!

  Very much the same during COVID-19

  I booked this hotel as it's my go-to hotel in Fort St. John, and I needed a place to stay after a late night flight before heading home the next day. A few days prior I called for a credit card authorization form to be emailed which was happily provided to me via email. Upon check in I was informed of the different procedures and measures taken in response to COVID-19. The staff were still extremely friendly event at 11pm after getting to my hotel after a late flight. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The large bed was very comfortable as I had a great sleep. The breakfast to go was a great alternative while still offering that free breakfast, it was a change. I was given a choice of breakfast sandwich which I warmed in the microwave in my room. The only downside is there is no choice of what kind of juice. Mine came with orange juice which is still great. Overall this place is doing well with COVID-19, and I would not have any issues staying here in January if plans go forward with BC Long Track in close consideration with the BC Speed Skating Return to Competition plan for COVID-19.

  Dirtiest Hotel I Ever Stayed At!!!

  Booked online through booking.com, the rooms were not as advertised. Showed up at hotel to find needed $750 dollar deposit for 4 nights!!!! Got checked in the hallways were so dirty got a single queen room. Had to wash bathroom sink before use was still dirty. Pretty sure the sweep the floor dirt in closet. Asked to have room cleaned on night 2 all they did was towels and facecloths never vacuumed or nothing. Elevators only work sometimes the dirt on stairways is unreal. Stay far away for this place

  Average hotel. Great staff

  I stayed at the Stonebridge Hotel in Fort St. John in October 2020. The hotel is central and does offer the typical amenities for guests plus a restaurant on site. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is showing a lot of wear and tear and could use with some updates. The general cleaning, especially in the stairwells, was less than expected. But the front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They were kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. A big should out to Kuljinder for her positive attitude and friendly personality and a smile that lights up the room. She is a true gem. For the price, I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing an affordable, comfortable, quiet place to stay.
