  Muy bien.

  El hotel esta situado en pleno centro de la ciudad. Estuvimos alojados 2 noches y todo fue estupendo. Habitación cómoda y muy limpia. Excelente desayuno con un personal muy dedicado. Un sitio sin mala sorpresa y con una relación calidad-precio correcta.

  Pintoresco.

  Lugar muy pintoresco, antigua estación de tren renovada. Queda el aire de techos muy altos, marmoles antiguos y todo un aura de un sitio muy original, bien reformado y transformado en un buen hotel. El restaurante es bastante bueno y la gente es toda muy amable. Servicio de transporte al aeropuerto y otras zonas locales, muy serviciales.

  Beautiful hotel & friendly staff!!

  This will be the hotel I book every time I come to Scranton. The staff was amazing, and their customer service was first class. Restaurants and bars in the hotel are great, and you are within walking distance of everything downtown.

  Cool Place.

  This was our first time in Scranton. Decided to stay at the Radisson because is had a great rating and cost. When we got there WOW! This is in an old train station. Easy access to the property. Great staff at check-in. The common area is beautiful. At at the on-site restaurant and bar, service was great, food marginal. The guestroom was, clean. They only negative was the air conditioning did not work well.

  Not pleased

  First off, found an empty drug bag in our room. Facial hair in shower, and cabinet had dried food on it. During a pandemic really made us concerned about the safety and cleaning measurements theyre taking. Food at the pub was great. Wont be staying again.

  Musty and dirty room

  Horrible Hotel Room was musty and very dirty. Accommodations were fair at best. No complimentary breakfast provided like most hotels do. Hotel charged a hotel convenience fee of $50 and would not return it for 7 business days. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Nice

  This hotel is lovely from the outside and the lobby area is great with a nod to its former existence as a train station. Check in was ok, Id been emailed ahead of my arrival to see if I wanted an upgrade which of course I did but on arrival was told that this was only available if Id booked direct with Radisson. There needs to be some clarity regarding this as it soured my stay. Its in a great location with plenty of places to eat locally. I was tempted to eat at the hotel restaurant but read some reviews and opted not to so I cant vouch for their accuracy. The room was nice but the furniture looked a bit tired and in need of being replaced sooner rather than later. Im not sure if Id stay here again as I think there are better options out there.

  A Renovated Railroad Station Hotel With Disappointing Restaurants

  First of all, this review is focusing on two aspects of our visit: the Hotel experience and the dining experience. The Hotel itself is a renovation of the old Lackawanna RR station. The lobby is a jaw-dropping display of beautiful marble and lush carpets. It sports a grand piano and a beautiful fountain. To the left is the in-house restaurant, Carmen 2.0, (more on that later). In the back area is a pub. Trax, (more later). The front desk staff seemed a bit distant, with one word replies to my questions. There was no gift shop or even a rack of pamphlets highlighting local points of interest. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. Now to the dining. Our first night we decided to take our dinner in the lobby restaurant, Carmen 2.0. The table was set with fine silverware and a bright white table cloth. The menu looked enticing. My wife ordered the Eggplant Parmesan. I had the Filet Mignon. I asked for a medium. It came with a little too much red for my taste. I ate half and boxed the rest. My wifes eggplant was, in a word, far too much for one person. I reckoned there was a full pound of pasta. The more informal Trax pub was much the same. Our pizza was heavy with cheese and amild sauce that was anything but mild. It was beyond hot, at least for our taste. We sent it back and ordered what we thought was a more eater-friendly covering. We had to scrape away the slabs of cheese to get to the crust (no tomato sauce). The dessert of cheesecake was delicious. All in all, the hotel was fine but the dining experience left much to be desired. If you plan to stay there, I would suggest you search out other dining options.
