  Spacious nice apartments in top location in heart of Tallinn

  Nice apartments in the heart of Tallinn. You feel like living in a nice apartment buiding. Some lack some luxury, furniture may be used or damaged a bit, but overall very nice. Beds are okay, bed linnen too, but it is not changed. Washing machine was present and could be used.

  Great location. Will be perfect for some, less so for others.

  These are rooms in an apartment building, accessed directly from Town Hall Square. So it's an excellent central location. Our appartment was on the 4th floor, accessible via a mix of stairs and a lift (disabled visitors may have some difficulties). The apartments themselves are really good; roomy, modern, with a well equipped kitchen and other facilities. The only disappointment was the furniture - it looks like a mish-mash of second-hand furniture has been put in there, to keep costs down. The double bed in particular wasn't great; an old creaky wooden thing with a thin mattress. It was adequate, but not good enough really. Our window view was over the square itself, which was a nice surprise. But I wouldn't have been disappointed with one of the other rooms (with side street views) as there was some street noise from time to time due to the markets and late night revellers. I'm a light sleeper, and the noise was only a minor disturbance, so don't be overly concerned by this. If you're staying as a family and intend to make good use of the kitchen & dining facilities offered, then this would be a very good choice. As a couple we enjoyed the space and location, and if we'd stayed for more than 3 nights (two full days) I think we'd have enjoyed it even more, and really appreciated the home-from-home experience. For a short stay (especially as a couple) a regular hotel room might be a better choice. Vehicle access to the square is restricted, so be aware that you'll need to carry/drag your luggage for a couple of hundred meters, depending on how close your taxi is prepared to drop you. I think this apartment is the kind of place you come to once, enjoy the sense of space, independence and location, but on a future visit would most likely try elsewhere.

  Location very good, appartment fine (number 24).

  Stayed for 4 nights and had a good time. When you walk out of the secure iron gate you're right in the middle of everything going on in the old the square. 3 Steps to get a beer and food if your feeling thirsty or hungry :) The only difficulty was finding the actual building as the next door restaurant is Alpo building number 8. Some noise to be expexted if rowdy people go down the side street in the middle of the night but otherwie fine.

  No better view of Xmas market!

  Stayed here the weekend before Christmas, it's situated on the main square so right above the market - very pretty! City is also fantastic. Property is large and perfect for groups of 4-6 a like home from home. Very friendly owner Frederico showed us round and met us on time. Very nice stay and recommended.
