  Si vas en plan de negocios, este es tu hotel

  Bueno en esta oportunidad habia venido de un viaje de negocios y por x motivos me tocó quedarme en el ramada del aeropuerto de Spokane. Debo comentar que para la noche que estuve, el servicio y limpieza estuvo OK sin problemas. El baño no es lujoso pero es bueno y lo necesario. (solamente que a los buckets del cuarto y baño les falta una bolsita de plastico para recoger los desperdicios). La alfombra es relativamente nueva, no se nota que esta vieja ni sucia. Solamente debo reclamar lo sgt: 1. Deberían de arreglar las puertas ya que se cierran bruscamente (aparentemente el brazo del mismo está vencido) 2. Desde afuera se puede ver si hay luz o no del cuarto lo cual le quita privacidad al guest. 3. Housekeeping no debería de tocar las puertas hasta pasada la hora del check out, al menos a mi me tocaron la puerta a las 8am y ella solamente quería chequear si habia alguien en la habitación!!! 4. Deberian de revisar las botellitas que contiene shampoo, conditioner y lotion, el orificio por donde debe salir el contenido es muy pequeño por lo que dificulta la salida del producto sobre todo con el conditioner que es más denso. En general, estuvo deli !

  Excelente ubicación

  Tienen Shuttle para llevarte al aeropuerto a partir de las 4:00 am pero si por algo prefieres te puedes ir caminando y llegas en 7 minutos a paso normal. También estas a 7 minutos caminando de la devolución de automoviles de renta.

  Great for flights

  If youve got a super early flight this location cant be beat. You can see the airport across the street from the front door. Free shuttle service and coffee. Free cookies at Christmas time. Little shoppette for things you may have forgotten.

  Sad trip made more difficult

  This last weekend we had to make a sudden trip to Spokane to see a very ill sibling. When we arrived late at night on Friday with a cranky toddler we had difficulty navigating the hotel and the receptionist just said its that way follow the signs... I never got her name because she didnt have a name tag. We couldnt find any elevators in our part of the hotel so we had to walk up the stairs with luggage, cranky toddler, and other peoples children screaming while running up and down the halls. When we found our room it looked gross. There was peeling paint in the bathroom, nasty dust in the vent, mold in the shower, towels not folded, and hairs in the bed. Due to the cranky toddler, the pregnant exhausted mom, and stressed father we decided to suck it up. The next morning didnt get any better. The breakfast food was nasty and dry. (We get that COVID prevents freshly served food) however, I would have expected better then prison food as one guest put it. We debated on staying another night but, due to the circumstances we decided it was best to just stay put since our daughter was struggling with all the commotion of the weekend. We got back to the hotel around 8:00pm Saturday with again, a cranky toddler and once again tried to settle in for the night. However, our keys didnt work to get in the building, so we had to deal with the cold to go back to the lobby to get in the building only to find they wouldnt work to get in our room either. So, back to the front desk, down them up the stairs to reprogram keys. I asked the front desk again is there an elevator, no, not in your part of the hotel. Right, back to room (this walk is about 200yds and a flight of stairs) not a big deal when youre not big and pregnant and emotionally exhausted but this was quite the challenge. By the next morning we didnt even bother with breakfast. We just got our stuff and left. I have worked in the hotel/hospitality industry for many years and for a 3.5 star hotel I was so disappointed. I have stayed at Super 8 motels with better amenities, cleaner rooms, better layouts, and more helpful staff. I dont recommend this place if you are handicapped in any way or desire ease of access and a helpful staff. You wont find it here. Oh, wear sturdy shoes their parking lot is an ice rink with no easy access to the building.

  no shuttle service

  The reason we picked this hotel for our one night stay prior to an early morning flight was because we could leave our car for up to 14 days. The hotel was clean but showed a few signs of aging. Beds were comfortable but the older heating unit was noisy as it kicked on through the night. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly, but the gal running the bar/restaurant was great. Food was to-go only, but was very good. The 4:00 am shuttle service to airport was nice, but when we returned at 3:00 pm 11 days later (a Saturday) and called for the shuttle to the hotel we were told the shuttle service didn't start until 5:00 pm. I could either hire a cab for $20 or walk "since we are literally across the street." Luckily the weather was clear enough AND I had a fellow traveler that could stay with the bags while I walked to the car. If I'd been alone I probably would have had to hire the cab because of multiple bags. Since getting home, I've gone onto the hotel web site to see if I simply missed a notification of Saturday hours. I see no notice of hours. So if you stay here BEWARE, and double check shuttle times. Silly me made an assumption that there would be one before dark...
