  Beyond expectation

  I and three friends visited as our December NYE 2014 into 2015 escapade we were surprised as we got value for our money it was very convenient as it is smack in the middle of kampala cbd,the staff were very helpful,the hotel was clean and for people who enjoy any sort of views they will find this place a good fit for a pocket friendly hotel within the city.kudos to Ravens my hotel of choice so far when in Kampala.

  Worst service.....

  I was here during labour day weekend and the service was below average in so many things apart from just the pick up and drop off service..being that it's conveniently located in the business district and mostly used by business people who come for shopping, they need to do better in their service from food to room cleaning such a disappointment. ..hoping they improve for the best asap.

  beyond my expectation

  I arrived from nairobi on board Modern coast and was surprised to find 3 staff from the hotel waiting to pick up passengers at the bus stop, transport to the hotel was free, food was fresh and good, rooms were clean and their reception very welcoming, you only need to ask if something is missing or not as per your expection and someone will assist you, their prices is far much below the market rates which means you get value for your money, I got soda at 1000 uganda shillings while other hotels sell at 3000,. Raven staff Daniel was so helpful, thank you

  great stay poor meals

  we stayed here for one night and the rooms were excellent, apart from breakfast, only bread and tea, we received warm welcome from the receptionist. the rooms are quiet despite being in town, we will definitely come back if breakfast issue is fixed,

  Has taken steps back.

  This used to be my favorite spot in Kampala, for a low budget yet comfortable room. Since I last visited a couple of years back, it seems to have been neglected in many aspects : lights not working, light fittings loose, showers/toilets have fallen into disrepair, etc. It's a shame as it used to be home away from home, but now I am not quite sure...
