  Good value

  Better than expected. Good amenities, very large & same cost as a standard hotel room. Location is good, no parking though, but there's plenty of paid for parking close by so not a major issue, just remember to factor in the cost.

  Stay was confortable and Quite place

  I booking Hotel for 4 nights. Later wished to extend the stay for a week. Then i face lot of trouble, when i tried to extend my booking. No site staffs during weekends. Customer care team could not help me out, As i did booking via Booking.com. So little or No help to extend my present stay. Final booked a place to stay.

  Terrible

  Check in was easy and good location however the lights in all but one of the rooms werent working and there was no electricity either. Head office in Bristol was very helpful but unfortunately I cant say the same for the supervisor at Reading - had I waited for him to sort anything I would have been waiting all night. There was only security onsite who was lovely and did his best to help but it was his first time there and he had no access to anything. We managed to get keys for another apartment which wasnt as good as the one we paid for. The blinds were broken in the bedroom which meant a lot of daylight came through - the bed was old and very uncomfortable. Very disappointed and wish I had stuck to the hotel I originally booked.

  Great place

  Stayed her a few times now handy for town centre, great restaurants close by, always clean and tidy very well kept, a credit to all the staff. Apartments are just the right size and well appointed. On the downside traffic noise can be a bit excessive but only for short periods.

  I booked this accommodation from my hospital bed. The accommodation was to help me progress my recovery after surgery with walk in shower and enough space to practice my physio. I had absolutely no idea that the accommodation was not suitable for a pleasant recovery. I arrived at the property in the late afternoon of 15th January 2021. The lounge furniture was to low to get on and off from so we mentioned this to the member of staff where she then showed us to another room which was a studio apartment (a lot smaller) and the bed was not even a double bed so once I was on the bed, my husband had hardly any space except to be almost on top of me. This was immediately mentioned to the manager that I booked the one bed apartment through and he said that there is only half the money back for cancellation This was extremely annoying as the very next morning I was admitted back to hospital and would no longer be able to accommodate the accommodation. I find there was an extreme lack of compassion from management and if these were the terms it should have been mentioned when calling to book and I would never have booked for the full 14 nights. Please be aware that during this pandemic especially, check all the terms and conditions prior to moving into rental accommodation. The manager was moving bags etc from the studio while we were admitted to the accommodation and no sanitation was evident. The manager did however say that we could have the one bedroom apartment and studio so that my husband was near, not sure how this was meant to happen and if this was the case why were they not able to return at least 3/4 of my payment. £499.50 for a one night studio apartment is extremely high when we did not occupy the property for even 24 hours. I paid £999.00 for the one bed apartment and as I did not give 7 days prior notice only received £499.50 back after continuous nagging this took place on 18/1/2021. This is to help others in not making the same decisions that I made. Be extra careful when selecting accommodation that u have not viewed and ensure that complete COVID cleanse has been undertaken before entry.
