  Excellent hotel with the most comfortable hotel bed we've found in Vietnam!

  We stayed at Red Diamond for a one night stopover after arriving by train at midnight. We'd emailed ahead about a very late check-in, and staff were ready when we arrived which was great. The bed was incredibly comfortable (our main priority after a long journey), there was strong air con, and the bathroom was impressive (with a rainfall shower). Breakfast was also very nice and quite substantial. They'd even put a swan made out of towels on the bed! I can't comment on location as we only wanted something near the station, but there's a good view from the rooftop restaurant. Only downside was finding quite a few dead mosquitos over the bathroom floor when we arrived, probably due to recent fumigation - but this was not really an issue and it was better to find them dead than alive! This was a very nice stay and we'd highly recommend it to others for great value for money, friendly staff and the most comfy bed ever. We would've stayed longer if we could!

  Great modern room and the cleanest hotel I've had

  This is hotel is the best hotel I've stayed in at all of Vietnam..finally a clean, spotless hotel bathroom in Vietnam!l!!! I spent most of my time in the hotel because it was so comfortable..the huge soft bed is amaZing..seriously you guys won't be disappointed..it's right near a cool dragon bridge too..

  Modern clean and comfortable

  Only spent one night in this hotel, but felt very comfortable and found it modern and clean. The food was exceptional and the staff was very professional. Staff was courteous and kind and even though I don't speak the language, we communicated well. A young woman dressed in traditional attire named Michelle was especially helpful and provided me with friendly and professional service. I recommend this hotel for anyone who needs clean modern attractive rooms. And, good food.

  Ok if passing through Da Nang for 1 night

  Compared to the photos on here we were given a poor room I feel (second floor). The room felt damp and the bed clothes though likely clean had old stains on them. The room and furnishings were dusty. Bathroom had a modern shower and toilet but again was not completely clean. Shower gel bottle was grubby and seemed to have been refilled many times rather than being disposed of. Breakfast was poor in grubby dining room on the top floor. This place was cheap so I could put up with it for 1 night. For a little more I think you could find much better places in Da Nang though. I wouldn't stay here again.

  HI,rooms & bathroom very modern, clean. layout a good budget size and bathroom well thought out. breakfast was a bad experience for us 8am no food, nice cook did a couple of eggs & found some bread for us, tables not cleaned. next day 7.30 am worse, again kitchen staff tried ,for us from found enough it was just ok. the room wasnt cleaned or change of towels ,fount out when back from tour, to tired to be worried . the internet wont connect to anything in your room, in lobbies ok. nite time every noise is louder & louder with people from tours coming and talking and going to friends rooms, not sound proof, more like echo chamber ive stayed in many types of stay this was the loudest than any. the bed and bathroom were fantastic ,very good
