  Yuck

  Ok we used to love coming here, good price and amazing location and always clean. Last two stays were not what we had come to expect from our previous stays. We thought this place just finished up with a remodel, we were wrong. Building B is a mess and the rooms are nasty, you would think with Covid they would be cleaning these rooms spotless. Massive amount of stains on carpet, mold in bathroom, cracked sink etc...Wont be staying here again EVER.

  Bad Experience

  Booked one week in advance - 2 queen beds for $240. In Building B on the ground level with zero view and no privacy. No coffee maker. Cleanliness was not good. I should have taken pictures. The beach was also strewn with litter. The front desk lady was very rude and did nothing to explain where things were located and acted like I was a fool when I asked where the breakfast would be. In the breakfast room she said. She also didnt give our breakfast coupons until I asked about it. She was VERY rude. We eventually found our room in building B. No maid service was provided we stayed 2 nights. When I called that evening for clean towels. They said they bring to the room. They never did. I was charged an extra $15 on my card which I have disputed. All in all. I would never stay here again and it is giving the Red Lion Inn a very bad reputation.

  Disgusting filthy room

  I required a 5+ hour drive due to a death in the family. I was introduced to a disgusting room just after midnight. The first room had large trimmed toe nails on the floor that were not vacuumed up. In the second room the PICTURES speak volumes. Red Lion corporate has no tel# for complaints. All must address any issues with the owner directly. This is a franchise that carries the RL hotel name only. The owner will not respond. An 8 inch cealing cob web. A fire sprinkler needing serious dusting. Water damage in the bathroom. Tile with a hole in the wall. Black hair at the pillowcase (I have white). Mattress in the window and more. See the pictures. I have submitted only a fraction of them. Attempts to resolve this from an "unnamed owner" with a written apology go to deaf ears. THEY JUST DON'T GET IT. I spent $ 105 but advised friends and family away. This lost them an easy $ 600+ to date. The $ continues to go to other hotels. You can choose for yourself if this works for you. CV-19 stay safe out there.

  Terrible

  I wish I could put zero stars. The management is extremely unprofessional. The room we stayed in was dirty, under construction, no mattress protectors, and lastly and most disgusting, BLOOD on my sheets...that's right blood and makeup on the pillow case I did not use and when the sheets were pulled up blood all over the bottom of those sheets...I have asked management for a refund and to contact me. Left two phone numbers and two emails and have heard absolutely nothing from them. This is a biohazard!!! Absolutely disgusting. I heard back from them on google reviews saying it looked fresh and must of been mine....TERRIBLE.

  Super Nice, clean and Friendly hotel!

  This Hotel was extremely Nice a d VERY clean! The staff was super nice and cheery and helpful as well! And the restaurant was out of this world! We had the buffet breakfast all weekend which had the best food! And we had dinner there on of the nights which was so good I could have only ate there the whole trip and I would have been very okay with that! Overall a great experience!!
