  Lo imagine mejor

  El hotel está bonito, cómodo , agradable en una zona muy bonita. Sin embargo el hotel en algunas cosas está descuidado por ejemplo el aseo de la alfombra a la entrada de la habitación. Un día dejaron de hacer el aseo en la habitación, son detalles que demerita el servicio y tenía habitación el 8vo piso que es preferente. En fin detalles que pueden solucionar fácilmente.

  Disappointing stay

  The complimentary breakfast in the restaurant was ok. The server was very helpful and efficient The pool water was not clean. The grandkids swam for a short time but the water was gross. Also no pool towels. Front desk didnt answer call, so we had to search for someone to get some towels. Ended up having to go to housekeeping to get towels! For a Cat 4 Marriott property, we have received better service and amenities at Residence Inn and Springhill Suites

  Comfortable hotel, but understaffed and not enforcing masks

  We stay here frequently when in OKC. It is in a nice area with great restaurant options nearby. Rooms are comfortable -- though I don't know why hotels still have 2 double beds instead of 2 queen beds. The hotel seemed understaffed. There was nobody in line in front of us when we checked in and we still had to wait several minutes while the clerk finished with a phone call. When I called the front desk, I was usually put on hold for a while. This time, I was struck by the number of guests not wearing masks - contrary to the hotel policy and city ordinance. We had to walk through a group of maskless partygoers to get into the hotel when we arrived. Later, another man got onto the elevator with my daughter and me without a mask on. I should have asked him to mask up or get off the elevator, but I was too taken aback at the time. I know the hotel couldn't do anything about that, but I also saw a woman checking in at the desk without a mask. If the hotel allows that, then I can see why the same people think they can get away without masking at other times. If they can't do a better job enforcing this, then, sadly, we won't be back during the pandemic.

  This was an okay hotel. It was comfortable and clean but many of the little things that make a hotel 4 star were missing. Firstly, the hotel was very much understaffed. Often there was just one person at the front desk (usually in pajamas of some kind) and no one else to be found anywhere. At one point in the stay at about 2pm in the afternoon, I wanted a drink (just a juice or something) and there was literally nowhere to get one. There is nothing in the rooms, not even bottled water, the bar is rarely open and the vending machines wouldn't accept my card. When I spoke to the front desk they offered me a cup of pepsi from the staff room?? Not a big deal but not 4 star service. The gym appears well equipped but at least 2 of the machines were broken when I was there and there at no mats. It's also mega hot in there - clearly set up by someone who doesn't gym. It's also very far from the city centre so I wouldn't recommend it if you are not coming with your car. Overall OK but nothing special.

  Was nervous due to recent reviews, but has been a great stay so far

  I'm here now; my thoughts: + check in was entirely contactless + super friendly and available staff + suites are huge + decor is not my style, but clearly rooms have been recently renovated and feel nice and modern Overall it is a nice property especially for OKC which otherwise does not have a great hotel market IMO. It feels like the team is trying hard though I can see how if they unexpectedly got busy it may be tough to keep up as it was a smaller crew. However while I have been here it has been issue-free and super friendly. Johnny at the front desk in particular has been super friendly and helpful.
