  Would have received higher rating if there was internet

  So the actual hotel needs some updating, but it was comfortable, and mostly clean. The issue was I needed internet and my room had none. When I asked the front desk, they gave me the number to their internet provider's tech support. I called and he worked on it for a while, and then said he needed the front desk to do some things. I figured I lost a night, but thought they would have it worked out by the next. NOPE. I spent over two and a half hours on the phone with tech support. They said the front desk should have made a service call and did not. Had I known before my last night it was the area of the hotel, I would have asked to move rooms. However, no one was interested enough to assist me with it. I told the front desk and they could careless. They showed no customer service when I called initially or any other time I brought it up. I will say they had microwavable sandwiches for breakfast, which was a plus and appreciated.

  welcomed night

  The Residence Inn in Ft. Collins was a welcome sight after traveling all day. The staff was friendly and accommodating even in this Covid era. The breakfast was served in the most unique way and safely.

  An excellent residence inn

  I last stayed here three or four years ago and it was excellent then and it was also excellent on this motorcycle trip as well. The front desk staff is great. Despite no longer being a Marriott Rewards platinum member due to Covid and now Im a just lowly gold member, they were still able to upgrade me to a two bedroom suite. It was much appreciated. Breakfast was fine and what you expect these days including a sausage egg and cheese biscuit you can microwave. I like just being able to grab stuff. I was at another hotel recently and they bagged everything for you including stuff you didnt want and you couldnt grab an extra item that you wanted. This is a well run hotel and whenever Im in the area I will stay here. Any typos you see here are courtesy of Siri.

  Autumn &Fall Vacation

  Staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient to everything. Our room overlooked a very scenic view of a lake and beautiful trees.

  What a trip to FoCo!

  I escaped my dungeon to get out and try some beers up in Fort Collins for a few nights. I was very impressed with the staff and more importantly the manager, Patty. What an asset to have at this property. She sure knows what she is doing! Kudos to her and Fin for taking care of the property. I will be back to visit when she invites me!
