  I had an awesome, amazing, well extended stay from June of 2019 to February of 2020 an these ladies where key factors from excellence front desk customer services to exceptional housekeeping. However, Chance Carter Sales Manager was rude, disingenuous, and disrespectful. Chance was completely uncooperative in trying to negotiate pricing for a one bedroom versus a studio (EXTENDED STAY) Hes a FAKE and should be FIRED.

  Nice quiet hotel

  Stayed two times in two weeks. Rooms are quiet but higher floors seem to get more road noise. Limited breakfast items with Covid. Pool is closed for Covid also. Convenient to hospital complex. Plenty of restaurants in driving distance. Only a Jimmy Johns in walking distance. Pretty park across the street at medical school. VA is behind hotel. Seemed to me that the prices went down for extended stay compared to night to night.

  Very disappointed

  It wasn't very clean, 2 roaches came to visit when I was cooking chicken! The staff was seldom at the desk, unless you were milling about the desk area, and they finally saw you on their cameras. Room cleaning only done on the 4th day IF you stay for 7 days. I had to stay for 5 l o n g days, due to a job commitment! Never again. Definitely drive by to find something better.

  Great hotel in this college town

  We had the good fortune to get a room in this hotel for a football camp. Hotel was renovated and very nice. one drawback was the smoking area located in the front of the hotel. Not a good choice for those who do not like smoke and hate the smell. Rooms were clean and very Covid conscious. Staff was fantastic and was available all the time even if I did not need them. Breakfast was a good as you can get for not being open to buffet or self serve anymore.

  Beautiful and courteous staff

  I stayed at this establishment for about 6 months because of work. The staff are very courteous. During the renovation they kept me posted about movement that I needed to make and informed me when staff needed to enter the room. Whenever I had a complaint they did their best to rectify the situation and ensure I was comfortable. They even started making bagged snacks for breakfast when they discovered that many of us in our group had to leave the hotel before breakfast started. They keep their pulse in what customers want and do their best to stay in the Marriott standard. Everything was not perfect but overall I enjoyed my stay as I believed that they were interested in my satisfaction while I was there. Thank you particularly to the evening staff. They had the best repore with me and my colleagues.
