  Location is ideal

  The location of this place is great since there are many places you can walk to. Also the staff if extremely helpful nice. Luis was especially helpful anytime I needed him for something. I had some issue with my room and he quickly got them fixed.

  Great staff

  The hotel was nice as usual. However the staff that manages the breakfast service were top notch. Very attentive to all guests, checking with all during meal, assisting elderly guests and just great general demeanor. Its easy to complain but we sometimes forget to praise when due. Thanks for a nice trip.

  Incredible stay

  Checked in on October 6 using my bonvoy points. I ended up only staying 1 night before heading back home to Vegas. The room I was given was 225 which is a 1 bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The room was perfect but I wish I could had stayed longer. I highly recommend this hotel. Also there is a $10/day parking fee which I find strange as The hotel I stayed at prior near the airport had no parking fees. But for 1 night on points I cant complain.

  Loudest AC system I've ever heard

  Location is nice. Hotel staff friendly. Appears clean. Colors and design are appealing. Poor shower design with no door or curtain; shower head wouldn't adjust, bathroom floor soaked and saturated our towels with even the shortest shower. Reported to front desk, nothing was done. This is a serious safety hazard! Swimming pool pretty small & not heated. The A/C system in our room was so loud it kept me up all night. Not happy to come home and be charged a $10 per day self parking fee. Valet service not offered. Since when do I have to pay to park my own car? Not likely to stay in this hotel again.

  Good Stay During Thanksgiving

  Clean and very convenient location. During Covid the hotel has proper restrictions in place (distancing, masks required). Instead of the pre-Covid hot breakfast, they offer a bag of "grab and go" items consisting of an orange, granola bar, mini waffle, and muffin (540 calories). This was the downside of staying at this location. The only healthy option was the orange and the granola bar. We had to buy groceries so we could have a healthy breakfast each day. I think they could have done a lot better. That's why I gave this only 3 stars. Easy to bring our small dog and the $100/stay pet fee was reasonable. Pool and hot tub were working while we were there but we didn't use. Fire pit appeared to be out of order.
