  Perfecto, como estar en casa

  HAbitaciones equipadas con TODO. Cocina, frigorífico, televisiones, sofas, utensilios de cocina, camas enormes. El desayuno está genial, tiene de todo y muchas tardes ofrecen una merienda. LAs instalaciones son muy agradables, lavandería a buen precio. El personal es muy atento. EStá cerca de muchos restaurantes y centros comerciales. Sin duda es un sitio muy agradable para alojarse una temporada larga.

  Afwul and last

  I would give zero stars if I could. A few words that come to mind are terrible, disgusting, horrible, nasty. Those are the nicest things I can think of to say about this place. We have been staying at this location for the last three years two-four times a year and recommend it to family and friends as well. NEVER AGAIN. The last 4 stays have been pretty meh with little issues here and there but this last time was just plain horrible. When we first checked in my husband asked for a room upgrade (he gets one free through Marriott card) and the guy told him there were no upgrades available. Ok, fine, no problem. Then we get to our room and it smelled like dill pickles, overwhelmingly so, and looked as though the room hadn't been cleaned. The table, cupboards, and floors were dirty. I wiped and sprayed everything down with disinfectant just to be safe. Then we requested a pack and play, extra towels, and extra blanket at 3:30pm. 2 hours later, still nothing. We call and request again. He says, oh I wrote it down but forgot and he'll get right to it. Ok, no biggie. 6pm, he brings up only pack and play. Nothing else, no bedding for pack and play no extras we requested. Call back and he says no problem be right there, sorry about that. 7:30 pm, NOTHING. Husband finally goes down and gets it himself. Staff said he forgot, again. Very frustrating. Then two teenage boys randomly knock on our door (no face covering on) and say oops sorry. Annoying but whatever. Then 10 minutes later a large family of 6-8 people are standing outside our door arguing and fighting. Apparently the adults in the room next to us wouldn't let the kids in the room and they were fighting about it. 8:30 pm getting ready to lay my kids (age 2, 4, and 9) down to bed and my husband and I start smelling pot coming from the room next door. Husband calls to notify front desk and staff said "oh no, not again" and he will call the room and "handle it." 5 min later and the smell of pot is so overwhelming and strong that my 9 year old, who has asthma, starts coughing and complaining about the "funny smell." I walk into the bathroom and about choke on the stench of Marijuana seeping in through the bathroom from the room next door. Ok, I'M DONE. I call the front desk and tell him the smell is even stronger now and his response "yeah, yeah, I know" Excuse me! Now I am beyond pissed off. So I calmly but firmly explain that this is unacceptable. I have little kids who are trying to go to sleep and can't because they keep asking about the weird smell. I ask him what he's going to do about it and he says I'll switch your room. He comes upstairs and moves us down the hall to a two bedroom suite (funny, he told us none were available when we checked in). We literally walk through the door and start choking on the disgusting stench of cigarette smoke. NOPE, NOT GONNA FLY. Walk back out 3 kids and 2 dogs in tow and go down to front desk and tell him this room won't work. He then downgrades us to a smaller room than we had to start with (was a king bed now it's a queen) on the 2nd floor. Whatever. At this point I just want to get my tired kids in bed. It's now 9:15pm. We take the kids to the 3rd room of the evening and walk in to a dirty, nasty, unclean room that smells like pee. Oh, and the nightstand drawer next to the bed won't close and sticks open a good 3" so if I want to get up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night I'd run straight into it. I had to turn it so it was facing the wall and wouldn't be a tripping hazard. Ok, fine, I don't even care at this point. If it wasn't so late with three little kids I'd walk out and never look back but I just want to sleep and get the heck out of this hell hole. 10:00 pm, kids are finally sleeping. Getting ready to go to sleep and someone on our floor starts listening to loud music. Then kids are running up and down the halls screaming, yelling and laughing. This went on until 1AM. I literally cannot even wrap my head around how bad the experience was. I have never been so unhappy or disgusted with an establishment in my entire life.

  Two bedroom Suite was nice, comfortable

  We booked a 2 bedroom suite for us and friends for one night. The front desk attendant was very friendly and courteous during our late check in. The hotel was clean and comfortable and met all of our needs. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and small livingroom area with a pull out sofa and a fireplace. The bathrooms were well kept and everything was neat and tidy. The hotel was some minor imperfections, but if that doesn't bother you then you won't be disappointed. They also have a cool fireplace area outside with seating. I'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.

  Great hotel

  Check in went smooth. When we got to our room it was comfortable and clean. Our TV remote was not working and upon calling the front desk we had a new remote up and working within 5 minutes of that call, the employees were kind and helpful. Great value. Will stay here again if in the area.

  Disrepair, nastiness in every corner

  2 bedroom suite. Looks like this was a great room before being ragged out by visitors and not kept up with. Smooth check in, good first impression, typical Covid-19 crappy bagged breakfast....then you notice it. The nastiness everywhere. In every part of the suite is the need for attention apparent. Disrepair is just the beginning...filth is everywhere. Kitchen sticky...making sucking noises walking over. I'm a guy, so easy to brush off, but wife seriously skeeved out. Late check in, so went and got cleaning supplies and did myself rather than deal with housekeeping. Suggest management addresses deficiencies on a sweeping scale.
