  Había mucho ruido y ambiente de familias con niños y cuadrillas de amigos. El hotel normal, ni bien, ni mal. Me gustó el baño público con piscina exterior y la enorme sauna. El restaurante bastante bien. Muy amables

  huge room. free parking. They must provide more towels. Location is very good and you can also use onsen for free 2018-12-17 they have changed their pillows, mattress. it's good now. and great view of mt. Fuji from the window (room 302)

  Great hotel near Fuji

  We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. You get free access to their onsen and we got a super view to Fuji from your room. This is not a high end hotel, but the staff is so caring and everything just works perfectly. Room WiFi worked perfectly and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Note that this hotel is closer to fujisan station, and there are less western tourists here compared to the area around Kawaguchiko station.

  Decent size room with free Onsen not far from the bus to Mount Fuji 5th Station & Fuji land.

  Location The hotel is located off the main strip of Fujiyoshida. Just under 20 minutes walk or 4 minutes drive from Mt. Fuji train station. Though a bus operates. Its about the same to the famous theme park Fuji land & about 10 minutes drive to the car park to get on the bus to the 5th station Subaru line. The bus there runs up the mountain every half hour from 6am until 730pm. Within the area are various restaurants dining & fast food plus some shops including conscience stores, supermarkets, etc. Room Room on the 3rd floor, 307 was fairly large for a Japanese hotel & better than expected. Two double beds & one side bed can accommodate three adults. A small desk with the only power sockets in the room are offered along with a small fridge & TV. However, there is nothing for non-Japanese speakers to watch. The bathroom is the standard small style of which includes a shower cubicle. Large Shiseido shower gel, shampoo & conditioner are offered along with the dental kit. Washlet is also offered. Towels though are very small & thin. Digital AC with clear instructions though took a little while to cool the room down during Japanese heatwave. The room offered a great view of Mt. Fuji of which I climbed. Facilities The hotel offers quite fast WIFI for free and multiple devices. There is also a free onsen for guests but did not try it. Good coin laundry facilities & also plenty of vending machines. A large free car park is also offered. There is a restaurant but unsure if it is for the breakfast of which is not included but believe it costs 600 yen. Staff Most staff speak basic English but really make a lot of effort when it comes to information such as climbing Mount Fuji, providing bus times etc. They do have some flexibility with extending check out by one hour, which was much appreciated after climbing Fuji all night. The only weakness is that check-in is at 3 & check out at 10 - which is seen in some hotels. But it is very clean & reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.

  Best hotel I have ever stayed in

  Every request they were able to accommodate. Free onsen. Views of Fuji. Excellent food. Laundry was available. They were able to allow me to checkout late. Beds comfy, and rooms impeccably clean. WiFi was slow but functional.
