Could do better
More of a function centre than a hotel really. No bar, no room service and house restaurants that close at 9 pm. Small rooms and staff struggle with English. I won't stay here again, plenty better options.

DIRTY TOWELS, BAD WIFI
This hotel is THE WORST hotel i have ever stayed in. The towels were SO DAMN dirty it had brown and yellow stains on them - God knows what! How could they even fold a dirty towel? Its impossible for the housekeeping not to catch those stains! Forget about the wifi, one minute ur connected, the next youre not. And when you call front desk to complain about the wifi, they replied SO??? SOOO?? What do you do when your guest complains about wifi not working? Saying SO???!? Horrible service! The only good thing about the room is the cold AC.

Not great nor bad
We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. Everything was adequate. The room is very standard with a small bathroom. The tub is extremely small. The towels you get are below standard, old, cheap and small. The bed in the room is really nice though! Before you book at this hotel, look at other options as well

Dusty room & dirty bathroom
I stay here 4 nights without checking the review because my business partner has meeting with this hotel. Most of the negative things that other guests mentioned for this hotel I got it. Unacceptable thing are the uncleanness of room with a lot of dust everywhere you touch and ugly bathroom that was very poor. I have to put protective mask when I stayed in room. It was so disgusting and will never come back to this hotel.

Racism in changing room
You could at least have a wardrobe in the room. Your opening hours for your canteen for breakfast, lunch and dinner needs to make sense. Between weekdays and weekends. And also note the last time to go to the canteen. I was always arguing with your canteen staff because your price and opening hours wasnt clear or ever advertised or noted. Another stupid and ridiculous thing that happened to me in your hotel gym which I was paying for separately. Let me start by saying Im a black woman with unruly Afro hair, so product moisturising is key to having healthy growing manageable hair. Obviously a lot of people are ignorant and dont know, or understand this. Im mentioning this because most Koreans dont know how Afro hair works. An old lady cleaning the gym changing room told me not to spray my hair with coconut oil. Its funny because I mixed the bottle with 90% water. I went to the reception to complain about this with the help of a personal trainer. He tried to be on the old ladys side saying maybe its because of the smell. Seriously? How ignorant, after they said I could use the spray bottle. I was still in shock I would never go back to that hotel. Its a very spacious big changing room its hardly ever full. No one was complaining so why was the cleaner so concerned whilst staring at me struggling to comb my Afro in front of asian women blow drying their straight hair. Maybe you shouldnt use the hair spray on the mirror as well. That has a smell to it. So stupid racist and ridiculous. Some people need to educate themselves and grow up. Move on we are in 2020. There is going to be more and more black people going South Korea.
