  Great location

  Very friendly staff, great location, easy to get to everywhere. Only bad thing they ask for payment for wifi. I would stay here again. Close to kings park, city is just over a bridge. Parking would be great if you had a car

  Excellent decor... Kings Park location!

  A lovely apartment hotel, very high standard interior design and decoration... My room was 215, with a river view, small but useable balcony for morning coffees and smoke breaks... Very comfortable stay and free car parking! Able to continue my exercise regime in Kings Park amidst covid-19 situation... Ill be back to stay for another week!

  Stylish, secluded, seductive

  What a joy to find this delightful spot. Tucked in about 100m below Kings Park, overpass into the City about 100m, you won't find a more comfortable, cosy and homely place. The cafe is an enticing snd offers modern and exciting options. Due to the coronavirus, the restaurant and bar were not open at night but from a mouthwatering breakfast to an afternoon tea, you will be satisfied. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

  Non compassionate rip off

  Unfortunately for my partner and I our trip was cancelled due to border closures from COVID, both devastated as we could not attend a good friends wedding. We had booked 4 nights with Riverview, we have been staying at this hotel every time we visit Perth (most often twice a year). We usually stay there as its good value, but will no longer be staying there nor recommending as they would not engage with any sort of refund/credit, this was a $450 booking. Its pretty disappointing as we are loyal customers and usually enjoy our time there. Not very compassionate due to our circumstances, for anyone looking to book at Riverview please book flexible accomodation as Riverview will NOT participate in any form of empathy nor do I think their policies are justified. Shame on you Riverview for taking advantage of an uncontrolled situation.

  Comfortable room with kitchenette and at a good price

  By booking without the free cancellation or housekeeping, it was $90aud per night for a 7 night stay. Fresh towels and rubbish pick up were offered every second day. The location is a short easy walk into the CBD (<10 minutes). The building is quite old, but it is in a quiet location, and has been well refurbished. The front desk is manned from 7.00am to 7.00pm. After hours check in was no problem and well handled. Staff were friendly. The in house cafe is open until 1.00pm. Room 314 was looking onto other buildings, so it wasn't a great view, but it had a large sunny balcony area (about 5m x 2.5m). And while the room was no smoking, the balcony is approved for smoking (for those that smoke). The split air con did a good job. The flat screen TV was about 96cm with plenty of channels, and there is a usb port on the back that will charge your phone (only charges when the TV is on, and make sure the TV is on first, before plugging in the charger cable). The shower (no bath) was well sized, and the hot and cold water was plentiful. The queensize bed was comfortable. There is an extra blanket in the top of the wardrobe if you want it. The blackout curtains work very well. The kitchen area had a 2 seat table, a 120L fridge, a 4 burner cooktop, a microwave, kettle and toaster. There was a selection of utensils and crockery. I found everything I needed to cook light meals. This was a really good value stay for me,and I would be very happy to stay in room 314 again.
