  Clean, quiet, and comfortable

  This hotel was such a great find! It is exactly what a business hotel should be. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. It sounds simple but most hotels miss this mark. The front desk staff were all helpful.

  One of the best Hyatt properties!

  Excellent location | Good & Polite Staff | Nice view outside | Ample space to park | Clean rooms | Spacious Bathrooms | Affordable Pricing Overall, it was a really nice experience at the Rizzo Centre.

  Love this hotel

  We loved our staff at the Rizzo . No complaints. We will be back soon. Staff was very professional . Room was clean and spacious . Overall stay was amazing . I love the view and location . So excited to come back .

  Trip to CT

  Trip to CT to visit new grandchild. We have stayed at the Rizzo Center before and go out of our way to stay there. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that the Rizzo Center is always very, very clean. The Center is also a good financial value.

  Caring staff

  The staff went out of their way to treat us so kindly after us doing what every human should do, be kind!!! They offered us compensation for just trying to be good people, and they went out of their way to do it,, including a thank you card.. We will definitely be back.
