  Just a getaway from the kids

  So, little late on the review, but we visited here in May and enjoyed our night away we thought we would call back and book another night away in the next couple weeks. I got Scott on the phone to ask about a room upgrade this time to one of their suites, since last time we just had a regular room, witch was very nice. It was quiet and enjoyable with a nice view. The place was clean and staff was pleasant. But to finish up, Scott confirmed they did have a suite with an in room jacuzzi and even offered to beat the online price. Looking forward to our getaway and cant wait to see the suite. Thanks again for taking care of us. It is nice to have a place with nice staff and clean rooms.

  Slip and fall out the bathtub

  I was injured there falling backwards out of the bathtub it was very slippery with no rail or mat , I informed the hotel and the corporate but nobody cared, on top of that the place looks horrible dirty carpet rolling carpet nasty beds , moldy bathroom please dont stay there

  Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover Apply's Here!

  Looks good online and Looks good out front, but inside is another story! We were basically in a mild shock. Couldn't believe how dirty and dingy it was inside. At one time, this was a very nice property. Carpets are filthy and look like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Many towels and trash outside of some of the rooms. The carpets were so filthy in our 1st room, we had to keep our socks on. Used dental floss on floor next to our bed. Not enough hot water for 2 people to take shower. Ripped up lamp shades, phone didnt work. Changed rooms first thing in morning. More of the same, except filthy chair with strange looking stains you would never sit in, blow dryer didnt work, phone didnt work. Had to walk back down to front desk to say we had enough and asked for refund. Nice sweet girl working there said she didnt have authority to refund. Felt for us and offered a upgraded room across from the current room. At this point its are third room in less then 24 hours. This room at least had a working blow dryer and enough hot water. My wife and I were relieved to check out and be on are way. BUYER BEWARE OF PRE PAID NON REFUNDABLE ROOMS! GOT THIS THROUGH HOTELS.COM. DOESNT HOTELS.COM CHECK OUT THE HOTELS THEY OFFER TO THE PUBLIC? THERE REVEIW RATING IS WAY OFF! WE FEEL WE WERE RIPPED OFF! WE SHOULD OF BEEN PAID TO STAY THERE. NOTE: We didn't have any issues with front desk people. They were understanding and friendly. We did find out this hotel is under private ownership. Owners: LACK OF MAINTENANCE!Property needs major makeover! Better luck to you!

  In need of refurbishment

  First the positive: The staff are friendly and helpful Now the negatives: Elevator not working Hallway carpet filthy and very stained Bedroom in need of complete refurbishment TV not working (they did offer to move us to another room but as we had moved due to a lack of an elevator, we decided not to) Breakfast very poor quality - so poor we had breakfast out. WIFI free but too weak in the room. Disappointing stay and the hotel is nothing like the photographs in their ad.

  Dog feces in cig smoke halls

  This once beautiful hotel has ascended straight into the pits of you HELL! If you enjoy smoke filled halls of barking, baying hounds, this dump is for you! Heavy room door slams accentuate the howling dogs. I nearly had a nervous breakdown in this crap hole! (Literally, there was a turd in the hall.) 4 am pacing overhead ear plugs can't block. Assault on all senses. Save your sanity and money. Go elsewhere, ANYWHERE, but here.
