  Relajación total!

  Este hotel incluye desayuno y WiFi. Tiene una piscina que es bastante grande, limpia y comienza de 3 pies a 9 pies. En el 1er piso del hotel hay ubicada una barra de licor donde puedes comprar tus tragos, cervezas y bebidas. También venden comida y aperitivos. Las onions rings y las quesadillas de pollo son riquísimas. La señora Donna es sumamente amable y cortés, ayuda a todo el que necesite algo. De seguro que pronto volveremos.

  Donna is an excellent service rep!

  I have never met someone with such a kind soul, and great intentions for their guests. She has made this stay a great and comfortable every week. I think shes one of the employees that genuinely deserves a raise. Highly recommended!

  Do not stay here

  I thought this mini vacation was going to be fun and restful but it started off on the wrong foot once we checked in to this hotel. Once we opened the door to our room the room wasnt cleaned properly, the bathroom was filthy and the dust on the vent was horrendous. The headboard wasnt attached properly to the wall and the outlets were coming off. Also the front desk was giving my husband problems when he asked for more towels because they gave us three and were a family of four. We are checking out after one night of staying here and will find another hotel to spend the rest of our nights here in Connecticut.

  DO NOT STAY!

  I've been to this hotel many a time. It's nothing fancy, but it is cheap and gets the job done. I stayed one night on a park and fly and had a horrific stay. I arrived and was the only customer in the lobby. The hotel ee never said a word for 10 minutes and kept me waiting. He then finally checked me in and put me in the room furthest from the lobby. Every hotel exterior door remained unlocked all night so anyone could get into the hotel. The exterior door nearest me had all of its glass broken, but was not boarded up or fixed. So even if it had been boarded up, anyone could have ducked thru the frame to enter. Someone with COVID was 4 doors away from me-at least that's what the sign on the door said. Hotel guests were so loud at 11pm, 1am, and 3am that I woke up. The room looked like it was furnished from a garage sale, and the carpet had huge stains on it. The only redeeming feature was the shuttle to the airport and back was good (although very slow to pick up when I came back.) I complained to a hotel ee in the morning about how, awful my stay was and she said the manager would give me some points, but it's been over 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. I'd give a 1/2 circle if I could!

  Great customer service, hotel shows its age

  Ive stayed at my fair share of budget hotels. Rodeway Is a bit on the rougher-side for what you pay for, but no real complaints. Parts of the hotel closed due to Covid19. Comfortable bed. The woman who took my reservation was very pleasant and reassuring. I thought I had left my wedding ring in the room after checking out. hotel manager called me directly, was very kind, and spoke to housekeeping. Thankfully, I found the ring the next day, but really appreciate the professional way the hotel handled the situation.
