  very run down

  Not a pleasant stay. Hotel has not been maintained well, musty smelling hallways and stairways, duct tape on carpet, peeling wallpaper, bent towel rods, rusted ceiling tile frames...beds made poorly. I thoroughly checked them because they looked like they had not changed the sheets after the last guests. Will not stay here again.

  Poor condition and questionable cleanliness. Breakfast not that great.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in poor condition and I am concerned about the cleanliness of the bedding including the bedspread. Breakfast was not so great. Overpriced for quality received.

  You get what you pay for

  This was just an overnight stay, that we wanted to keep cheap. For the price, we thought it was fine. Staff was friendly, room was adequate and large, breakfast was standard for this style of hotel. Would not recommend long stays here but for a roadtrip stop we thought it was fine.

  Train wreck of a stay

  We stayed here off and on through the years and always found good service and cleanliness. This time we were sent to a dirty room. It was supposed to be non-smoking but there was a cigarette in the sink. Yuk. Cold coffee in the coffee maker. Also, a cup wrapper and a hair band on the floor. We complained and were sent to a cleaner room. No compensation offered. In the second room, hot water did not work in one of the sinks. A dog barked far past midnight. We were past hope and dead tired. In the morning, We were afraid to stay for the included breakfast. The only item to recommend was the chest of drawers from a manufacturer with a good reputation - from the early days. What a waste.

  Nasty room ignorant owner

  For $80 you get nothing but a bed to sleep in might have some nasty stuff on the sheets. Crap all over the floors, hair in the sink and shower water shoots out of the shower head like a garden hose. This place is not the place to stay you think they would offer a discount while under construction nope banging all day the a/c sounds like its going to rattle right out of the wall and the first room we were in had no hot water and the water dripped out of the shower. The owner is simply the most ignorant person to women then you could possibly think. Rude insulting and belittling. I could go on but highly NOT RECOMMEND STAY CLEAR OF HEAR not to mention weirdos leaking the parking lot at night so lock up and hurry inside
