  Overpriced

  My husband and I stayed here for one night. The bathtub had no stopper. It had no breakfast because of covid. It was difficult to find parking because 10 spots had construction. The bathroom lighting was inadequate. The carpet was ratty and old. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It has a good diner nearby within walking distance. I paid $100+ for this hotel.

  Avoid , Not Recommended

  The bed was dirty with hair and small trash. The comforter had burn marks from cigarets. The bathroom had been patched multiple times. Motel is run down and only being patched. Front desk is odd, we were turned away form early check-in one moment and then allowed to check in the next moment. It feels like a homeless shelter. There are peoples belongings in the parking spots. Multiple bicycles that look like they have been stripped of parts in the parking lot. One of the rooms has a drug addict smoking drugs and pacing the motel grounds. The individual walks by other guests staring in an uncomfortable way. We did not sleep much waiting for a vehicle break-in. The laundry / ICE maker room is flooded with water on the tile. Slip hazard. It would be best to try another motel further away than go through this again. I have stayed in many low cost motels. This ranks amongst the worst.

  STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

  I submitted a review through their email request they sent me. Well they didn't like it. So this was their response... "Mam, Your other family members told us that you made this story up so you can go home and get your money back.  We thoroughly checked the room for insects the next day and found no activity. FYI Property CHI G.M. Econo Lodge, Prescott 928-445-7057" My response was... "Good afternoon, Excuse me! I don't think so!, I have witnesses to their phone conversation with me that night. That is why I called your property and spoke directly with my family members in the front lobby with your front desk person hearing the conversation on speaker! How dare you, excuse me of lying. The fact that your employee wanted to give my niece a can of insect spray to go personally to the rooms that her elderly parents and her children were suppose to sleep in and spray. I can assure you that they will also be writing a review on your hotel. They have pictures of the rooms and spiders they had too kill." I screen shot the email you sent me and texted it too my niece's. Their response was... "What??! Not true, we killed spiders and the heat did not work in our parents room." and "We all were in that room when we seen the spiders!" If you can't handle the truth don't request a review! Clean up your hotel and handle your maintenance issues as well!

  It was the last resort; at least not too overpriced.

  ehhhh.... Bed soft, but hair on pillowcase. Bathroom counter and tile floor sticky. Just adequate shower; towels thick. Soap pretty industrial. Lights OK. Heater/AC good, fridge good, didn't use microwave. Flat TV good. Enough outlets for several electronics. WiFi OK, password-free though. Door didn't feel particularly secure. Convenient to downtown. It's an old property, started out modest, now used and modest. Chipped paint/rusty railings/cement chipping off stairs. As per foto, parking lot getting repaired, pretty bad at the driveway. I don't know if they're rehabbing the adjoining rooms as well, or just the pavement.

  Seriously

  The room was fine at first but I did notice a decent crack near the door to the bathroom and apparently my mother noticed a hole in the roof covered in mold. She had an alergic reaction to the mold the next day. Service was not great, poorly maintained parking lot. If you do stay would not recomend bringing a truck.
