  Fabulous stay

  Stayed for 2 nights, lovely clean airy double room, excellent breakfast, the owner Nicky was very welcoming, central location but a nice quiet retreat to return back to in the evening I will definitely be going back with family and friends.

  Very welcoming

  Nicki welcomed us with open arms on our first visit to South Shields. The king room was very airy and comfortable. The window overlooked the Main Street but was silent when closed. All in all a very pleasant night on our way home.

  We will be back!

  Had such an amazing weekend staying here for our anniversary! Left feeling very welcomed, amazing breakfast and will definitely be back soon! Room was massive and had everything you needed. Free WiFi and so much more!Thank you so much Nikki!

  Lovely Stay

  My husband and I stayed here last night in the King room for my 40th birthday. Nicky was so lovely and welcoming. The room was large and airy. Lovely big windows over looking the main street. We arrived 3pm ish and there was a lovely bottle of fizz in our room for my birthday. Guest House is 5 min walk from Little Haven Beach and a 2 minute walk from local pubs and eateries. Before we left this morning we enjoyed an English breakfast cooked by Nicky which was very tasty. We will definitely book here again in the future.

  Fabulous bed and breakfast

  My wife and I have had three lovely welcoming and relaxing days here at the Rosebank B and B. Nicky the owner is absolutely lovely and enormously welcoming and makes you come away feeling like you have gained a new friend and we cant wait to stay here again next year . Breakfast was great , the rooms spotlessly clean , and our room had a lovely view over ocean road which is full of restaurants and great for people watching and taking in the amazing smells of the Asian cuisine . Thanks again Nicky and see you next September . Craig and Carol Ritchie x
