  Local hotel in a good location.small but upmarket.check in slow due to slow computer.Had upgrade to junior suite.bedroom with lounge comfortable with tv desk chairs,sofas.bathhrom sideways long with modern style.Tv is overly complicated & difficult to get tv without help.24 hr room service.Free WiFi .Restaurant is dysfunctional with poor breakfast & surly staff.After management complaint normal good service resumed.Prices are reasonable.Staff are helpful/friendly when they focus on Guests needs.No pool but a bar in lobby.Concierge is helpful.

  Perfect Hotel for Party Lovers

  Requested specifically a quiet room and ended up on the 2nd floor listening to the hip-hop beat until 1.45 am. Despite numerous calls to the Reception, no action taken. Many of my group had similar experience up to the 4th floor.... Purpose was a group outing, check-in ok, dinner buffet ok, breakfast buffet unacceptable - stale bread, coffee from a household coffee machine placed on the buffet counter inefficient for a group of around 60 people. None of the managers were to be seen during breakfast... a lonely waiter and a kitchen steward served the guests. I felt very sorry for these 2 warriors. Yes, the hotel was inexpensive, but nevertheless you have some expectations.

  Relaxing stay

  Location was quiet convenient and next to mall. Everything you need is there. I recommend the staffs at the reception especially regina and clinton.They were very helpful and polite. Keep it up. For sure we will visit again.

  Its ok

  We had a nice time in the hotel but its a normal one. The carpet was a little too dirty in the room (for my taste, my husband found it normal ). The internet was ok. But the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was nice and fresh, but with only 2 options (Arabic or American). Over all its ok for this price. Better than others in the area.

  Cosy hotel in Ras Al Khaimah

  We were on a business meeting in Ras Al Khaimah, got free late and decided to stay overnight there. Had a last minute search and found this hotel! When we came, the big room we paid online for was still busy. The hotel staff was very helpful, they found us another room and offered a breakfast as a compensation. We did not try the breakfast as we were too tired but I appreciate a lot the professionalism of the staff who knew how to solve the situation with no hassle! The rooms are spacious and the furniture is new. they have teapots in the room which is a great +. the bathrooms are big and clean. There is a cafeteria and nearby too if you want to have some bites or fresh juices anytime. A big mall with carrefoure is just in front of the hotel. we did not have a chance to explore more neighbourhood as it was a quick stop over.
