  Comfortable large room with everything you need.

  We had a executive room, big bed, comfortable sitting area and a good desk. The bathroom could be a bit bigger, the shower is good. They have english movie channels but not one news channel in english not even CCTV news! We go back there when in Wuhan.

  Recent stay roying wuhan

  Lovely staff, good location however the whole hotel desperately needs renovations. The air conditioning is dreadful. Set on 29 ". Cannot be altered. My room was not vacuumed properly. Move the bed to see someone's pills. The carpet extremely filthy as in the dining room. Even had a call girl leave her card - not appreciated. Smoking should be banned from the hotel. Very difficult to enjoy sleep while breathing in someone other persons poison .

  Awesome staff and rooms

  Great location, friendly and helpful staff and close proximity to shopping areas and entertainment. The rooms, lobby and restaurant were always clean and the staff tried their best to fulfill every request that was made, including lending me a charger for my Samsung phone and an umbrella when it started to rain. The rooms were very affordable as well.

  Wuhan is a big city but I can't believe there are 500 hotels better than this. Roying is just about a 4 star, nothing more, but the staff are friendly despite English being an issue and the food was good. The price is really cheap but it is clean and convenient if you don't intend to spend too much time in it.

  No gym, no spa, no english

  I stayed in the hotel for business in Wuhan. The hotel is very Chinese. English is an issue. According to the information there should be a gym and a spa. The in-room documentation showed it was on the 5th floor. When I went there, there were only offices. I went to the frontdesk, showed the picture with their written information about the gym om the 5th floor and they told me to go to the 25th floor. There was only a dark executive lounge. When I went back to the frontdesk (it was 06.30 AM) they told me there was no gym and spa in the hotel...... All carpets in the hotel are stained, people smoke a lot everywhere and the breakfast is terrible. Even my Chinese colleagues complained about the breakfast. Good to mention is that the hotel is very close to the subway.
