  Pleasant Stay.

  A very pleasant stay. The hotel may not look impressive on the outside. But the room is bright, big and most of all clean. The dinner and breakfast is delicious. Staff is friendly and service is very good . They even provide masking tape for packing! The decor inside the hotel is nice. Food is delicious especially a bubbly drink. On the night of our stay, we were fortunate to chance a upon a firework Matsuri. Which was held within walking distance from the hotel. There were some stalls selling foodstuff and souvenir too. The area wasn't very crowded. So we had an enjoyable time mingling, watching the fireworks and a chance to slide down the snow too! As we were the first Singaporean group to stay at the ryokan, the lady boss personally attended to us. She even gave each of us a handmade lucky charm.
