  Basic, clean and well located guest house for those who don't mind a bit of plaster peeling from the walls. The price is quoted in US dollars so be aware of the exchange rate when it comes to paying. PS if you require reliable wifi you'll be disappointed.

  Great location

  The place was good considering the location and the cost . The staff was kind as well. The room was also fair and the A/C worked very well considering other hotels in the area. The breakfast was ok but we can't choose.

  HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

  We asked the owner where we could book a cab for the day after to go back to the airport in the morning, he told us they could provide this service and he confirmed that a private driver would pick us up at 9:30AM. The morning after, the owner was absent, the lady in charge unaware of our booking and the driver never showed up although we waited more than an hour. We ended up hailing a random driver in the street who was already driving people to a different location and had to offer a large amount of money so that he could drive us to the airport as soon as possible. We arrived 10 minutes before boarding time and the whole situation was very stressful. Not to mention that the room (not very clean and full of mosquitos without a mosquito net) and the service (poor breakfast) are not worth the price we paid for that. The central location is the only plus.

  Good value and central

  Tucked away behind Mamas famous Galle Fort Cafe this simple guesthouse was clean, convenient and good value. Fridges in the rooms and A/C. Excellent Sri Lankan curry breakfast cooked by the owner who was friendly and helpful. Poor WiFi

  Muy bien

  Esta justo en el centro del fuerte a tan solo un minuto del faro. El parking cercano, según nos dijeron, era de pago (tipo zona azul/verde) pero nos dejaron aparcar en la calle del mismo hotel bien enganchado a la casa para que otros coches pudieran pasar sin problema. No hay mucho tráfico en el interior del fuerte así que tampoco era un problema. La habitación del hotel estaba muy limpia y bastante nueva. La primera noche no nos funcionaba el AC y vinieron los propietarios corriendo para solucionarlo y hasta nos ofrecieron cambiarnos de habitación.
