  Good hotel

  Location is great, close to GV Shopping. Room is big and confortable. Facilities are great, with swimming pool, sauna and gym. Breakfast is good. The only problem is the Internet: it worked in my mobile, but not in my laptop.

  Best hotel in the city

  Very comfortable and spacious rooms, nicely decorated, perfect for a restful night. I had a wonderful rest in the hotel. The neighbourhood is not pretty but the hotel boasts great views from the pico do Ibituruna, the massive hill that is the post card of the city. Recommended!

  Best hotel in Valadares

  This is the best hotel in Governador Valadares. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the beds are very good. Close to the shopping center and the Sunday market. When I'm in Valadares and need some time to relax I go to this hotel. By far the best choice. Prices are higher than other hotels in the city but still the best value for money!

  Super recommend

  Fulfilled all my expectations, from the cleaning, reception to food. Apartments new, fresh and well designed. Receptionists kind at all shifts. Breakfast delicious with lots of variety. Parking space, wi-fi high speed, plus could connect in more than two devices. Which was great. Congrats to the staff!!! They really made me wanna stay more. Also the location is perfect! Walking distance to the mall GV Shopping and few minutes to the BR 116 and BR 381. Whether youre staying with family, friends or business. At the end it is worth it. Sincerely, Leandro Colen

  Great Hotel for its price.

  Well organized and clean hotel. Great amenities and excellent staff team! Could improve the speed in which requests are taken care of, but all in all it's a very good hotel for its price, perhaps the best in the city of Governador Valadares. It's close to the Shopping Center and Downtown, also has a great view of the Pico da Ibituruna from its room windows! Everything works perfectly, from the Sauna , to the pool, to the room service. Could improve the breakfast variety, which I found to be very poor. The internet connection works great; props to the reception staff for being so courteous and receptive , willing to help with whatever they could. Resuming, I had a great stay here and will come back for sure. There was also a very quick response from the Hotel Management after my guest commentary in the hotel.
