  Excelente calidad y magnífica atención, a tomar en cuenta siempre, vistas y acceso al lago, deportes náuticos, excelente gastronomía....muy recomendable si buscas relax y descansar..el hotel es una maravilla con detalles cuidados y personal muy amable y atento

  Worst customer service!

  This is hotel has a top location in Velden and is usually fully booked! This they know and due to that they don't care about customer experience nor customer service! I had booked and paid for my room well in advance but when arriving to check in, my room was cancelled and not available anymore. They tried to blame it on some misscommunication and that was that. They didn't have any available rooms in the main hotel anymore and offered me a guest room in town facing a parking lot instead of the lake. No appology nor any compensation for the error! Full price for the room, take it or leave it. Rather a 3 star hotel than a 4-5 star

  Rather stay somewhere else on the Lake

  Customer service not at the top of their priority list. The Portofino restaurant which is Part of the Hotel, which looks nice from the outside is truly a disaster in terms of service and especially management. The staff are unfriendly and rushed. The manageres do not have the ability to make a success of the restaurant. At least three tables when I ate there as well as our group will never go back. There are better options along the lakefront at a similar price range. Not to be recommended in spite of the nice setting.

  This hotel is hotel number one. Maximum of comfort wonderful staff, pretty view from baconys. Woerthersee woderful.

  Woerthersee isa great lake with motor ships, one can buy a ticket walid for all day, so is possible to hop on/hop off anywhere. The hotel has its own beach, water is perfectly clean. The lake is sorounded by hills and many interesting places i around. The meal in the hotel is fantasticbreakfests and dinners are rich and very good.

  Hotel? Location? Food? Service? Amenities? WoW Wow Wow! -:)

  Every year - in the summer - we spend a week at the closest version of paradise we can find in all of Austria! Seehotel Europa in Velden by Lake Woerther. Our 1st visit was in 1996.../we liked what we got - nice rooms , great food , a magnificent private..BEACH! good facilites and an absolutely lovely town - Velden with everything a vacationer can desire: Restaurants ' Coffee shops ' Casino , shops and the lake...WOW. Cruises , Trips to the Capital Klagenfurt - on the other side of the lake....etc etc. in short: great LOCATION! we returned...and over the years () we have not missed one! - 24 years now!) the hotel improved even further with renovated rooms , AIR CONDITION! ( rarity in Austria..) Musical evenings , dinners on the terrace facing the lake - magnificent! All in all...the hWrann family - owners/managers of the hotel - are doing everything they possible can to improve the near perfect gem they own and we - the guests - enjoy! Highly Recommanded! -:)
