  Great place !!!

  This is the second time I am staying here. Lovely place. Booked myself for 3 nights. Got upgraded to a suite. A must try for someone visiting this part of Bangalore. Full marks for everything. Food was great, in-room dining was timely, courteous hotel staff...

  Great hotel to stay

  I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights when I paid visit To Bangalore for Business purpose. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. Room service is equally good. The front desk staff are pretty helpful and courteous. The hotel has 2 restaurants. The barbeque restaurant serves buffet dinner from Wednesday to Friday. They have good number of starters both vegetarian and Non-vegetarian ones. You have choice of drinks available which they charge additionally along with buffet dinner cost. The items served for dinner are really good. They also serve dosa's through online counters as part of the buffet dinner. You also have choice of tasting Chaats. Dining option are really cool. You can either go down to these restaurants or order to your room. Room service may take about 20-30 minutes. The complementary break fast is also really good. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant in this hotel. I would recommend the same if you're looking for a budget hotel in Jayanagar area in Bangalore.

  Cozy and amazing place for a short stay !!

  The rooms are perfectly cozy and comfortable. Absolutely amazing staff and service!! Just one input to the hotel team - the morning breakfasts should be planned much better as there were instances when the breakfast was not ready and there was very little staff to handle the customers. Overall a pleasant and good expereince.

  Best experience, amazing food

  Excellent service. Lots of variety in food. Delicious food. Also the quality of rooms is excellent. Staff here in hotel is also very friendly and always ready to help. I would like to stay again in SFO if ever visit Bangalore.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..!!

  Today, March 22, 2020 (Sunday) was a complete lock down due to Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) from 7 AM till 9 PM. Unfortunately, I had my check out date today itself. So, in this crisis situation I had asked the hotel to extend my stay for one more day with a minimal tariff so that I dont risk the life of myself and my family moving out of the hotel. The hotel management had clearly denied this stating that the check-out time is 12 PM and at max they can allow two more hours which is 2PM. Later they agreed for 3PM check-out and after a heated argument they said I can check out by 4PM. If I am in the hotel beyond 4PM they will charge me the same tariff (may be INR 200-300 less) that I have been staying in the hotel for the last few days. This was not the expected behavior from a hotel in which I have been staying for the last few days. They were taking this as an opportunity to make more money and take advantage of this rare and highly critical situation. Personally, I had taken this as a criminal offence as instead of extending a helping hand they were just thinking of money in this crisis situation. I will make one thing very clear that I had requested SFO hotel to extend my stay for one more day with minimal tariff not because I wanted to stay in that Hotel for pleasure but because I thought I have no other option in this crisis situation. The only option I had at this point was to move myself and my family to another place (even though it is life threatening) which is at a manageable walkable distance (~2 KM) from SFO hotel as public transportation was also shut. The other Hotel has understood my situation and have provided a room for 2 nights at a very nominal tariff. The front desk manager had behaved very rudely with me and it appeared that the management did not care about being human but that they only wanted was money even in this crisis. They have no fear of losing business as they have partnered with many corporates and they think their business with continue to flow because of business travels and even if they mis behave with their guests. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL..!! I REALLY WISH AND PRAY THAT THIS HOTEL LEARNS ITS LESSON SOMEDAY..!!
