Love this place, but westerners bewareLoved this place! A true Hong Kong experience - the room is unimaginably tiny, the air con works well, and it's in a great location for eating, walking, night market, train, everything. I got a single room and, without exaggeration, it is the size of a walk-in closet in the US (including the bathroom). The twin bed touched 3 walls, so consider that the room is as long as a twin bed and about twice as wide. Organization and minimalism is key. So it was good but beware that this is not a western hotel, it caters to Chinese tourists and is a lot like apartments on the mainland. If you're not up for this then I'd choose something else: 1. The bathroom is small and has a functionally useless sink counter, you'll need to do most things in the bedroom. 2. There is no shower or tub, there is a flexible shower head on the wall in the bathroom and water drains from an opening in the floor. 3. When you shower the entire bathroom gets wet, including the toilet and sink. 4. The room is germ-free, BUT has a 30 year old paint job and the dirt to go with it. Not something you can clean, paint for sure. Also a very Chinese custom, there isn't much attention to that sort of thing. Accept it and move on. Looking forward to my return trip!

Tiny rooms in an amazing locationI stayed in the single room and it is small, really small, so small you can't fully open a suit case on the floor without some gymnastics but, as long as you're fine with that, you get a room in a really nice location. You'll be right next to temple street and within walking distance of a lot of transportation options from metro stations to the Macau ferry terminal. The room is cleaned everyday, not perfectly but good enough for the price. The bathroom is also small and the shower is mounted on the wall so expect to get everything wet when taking a shower. The A/C works really well and the bed isn't too bad, surprisingly comfortable for what it is actually. If you just need a hotel room to rest after a long day and are fine with tight spaces then I would recommend this hotel.

Kowloon experienceA tiny hotel room, probably the closest a tourist can experience living as a local in Hong Kong. Neighbourhood appears dodgy, not for solo/singles one street from night markets and red activities. However, the number of plain clothes police, make this a safe area, The night markets with their cheap brand names encourages spending, A showcase in the hotel foyer is a little perplexing, Prada handbags at $HK 2,400 ?

Avoid this place like the plague or you might end up catching it!I had to make a business trip to Hong Kong in November, there was a huge conference / fair on and hotels were very difficult to find so I ended up in this over priced dump. I looked everywhere in Hong Kong and this was one of the few places I could find a room, these unscrupulous thieves obviously knew about the event that was running as they charged me US$529.10 for a 2 night stay! If the hotel had been half way decent then I wouldn't have minded but it was a disgusting hole and I'm fairly sure it was used a a short stay hotel judging by all the comings and goings throughout the night. The room was tiny, the beds were small and uncomfortable and the bathroom was filthy, do yourself a favour, if you can't find anywhere else to stop then stay at home - don't go there!
