  Good value and location

  Had some issues checking in as had requested a connecting room. Be aware that you need to book a suite with adjoining room as other rooms do not appear to have connecting rooms. Even though you may request it they will not reply. English is generally poor in this hotel but I would think would be the same in most Chinese hotels. We were eventually upgraded to a suite which had a great bathroom and was very spacious, worthwhile if you are a family. Had the Sunday night buffet before moving into the hotel which is great value with unlimited beer and wine.

  Just so so

  I always come here when no rooms are available in the nearby Hilton, as the Hilton Huangdao is miles better than the Sheraton. It is just the many little details that make the Hilton so much better. The flaws with the Sheraton are: - Long Check-Ins and Check-Outs - Many stations not staffed, one occasion I waited 5 minutes at Chinese restaurant reception, but nobody showed up - Used up interior in lobby and elevator area, nobody taking care of it - Smoking on the elevators tolerated Sheraton staff is not trained very well and this has a big impact on the atmosphere. Already when entering the hotel it is clear that something is not correct. And unfortunately this is the case every time I come here, and every time I regret I could not go to the Hilton

  Club

  MISS Xiuzi, very frendly and efient on 17 floor, hotel very Nice, breajfast excelente, clean, good loction, Nice view. Dinner lot opcion chinese food and beavereges drinks, friuts salads. Room good size and bed, sofá, internet parking very good

  Sheraton Club

  My third stay at the Sheraton Hotel. The Sheraton Club is a good place to relax and drink some wine. I was very well attended every time by Sun Fang, a very dedicated and caring employee. Thanks for your time!!!

  Worst experience ever

  I'm a frequent business traveler, I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times and I can never rest due to its over sized pillows. When you ask for a normal pillow they just came with a similar one, You need to complain and shout to get a reaction but finally they give what they have. Worst SPG hotel I have stayed. If you want to have a good experience in a hotel, avoid this one
