  Quedó en el pasado

  No existe renovación, tomamos la suite con 2 rooms y estaba muy fea, paerciera que no la usaban hace tiempo, no funcionaban los artefactos, los tv eran antiguos, el olor a encierro, nada es moderno, por el precio caro no vale la pena, seguro hay muchos mejores que este

  Decepción

  Habitaciones grandes y cómodas pero el baño no está en consonancia. Muy pequeño e incómodo. Servicio amable y atento. El desayuno francamente malo. Escaso,de baja calidad y la comida caliente seca. Relación calidad/precio muy mala ya que encima es caro. No se corresponde con la categoría que esperábamos de un Sheraton. Para no repetir.

  What a shame.

  Wow, previous stays were great. Room was fine but the service attitude was non-existent. It was so bad, I wondered if I was being punked. The good news is I wont be back. The bad news is this place has attitude problems. What a shame.

  Great place to stay ,very comfortable rooms at a good price

  Stayed for birthday celebration. Had always heard about this hotel but never stayed here till last night. Very clean quiet property thats been taken care of. From parking facilities to check in to rooms everything was clean quiet and comfortable. Very nice stay. We will be back soon as they allow fans at Thunder games this will be our new go to place to stay. Thanks to everyone at the hotel.

  Pretty good stay

  We had a conference here. Comfortable bed, uncrowded elevators ( a real plus.) Quiet room except Saturday night when it sounded like there were drag racers right outside our window until about Midnight. Mind you, we were on the 6th floor so those cars must have been LOUD. My husband needed a chair in our room for an on line conference and he did eventually get it after 3 requests. Maid service is by request only so we just did without for 4 nights; but housekeeping was good about bringing extra pillows and an extra blanket.

  Horrible, do NOT recommend!

  We checked in around 6:30/7. I forgot to let my bank know I was out of town and my card declined for the incidental fee, since then we were treated very poorly by the staff, as if we didn't have money to be there when in all reality the pictures on the website do the hotel site way more justice than it should. The rooms were poorly updated, the "city view" was another building which appeared abandoned. Parking was horrific!! And the front desk staff need a course on customer service. We witnessed another upset patron in the lobby after we were treated poorly. We understand there's a mask mandate but we were allowed in the building without a mask, went through our check in process with no mask and walked down and into the bar with no mask. We weren't asked to put one on until we got our parking ticket which they NEVER mentioned until we asked if we had to pay 10 dollars every time we left. We will never stay here again and we frequent okc a lot.

  Convenient location!

  This hotel is in a convenient location downtown close to Paycom Center. The bathrooms in the rooms are small. The door almost touched the toilet. The headboards have wear and tear. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Tried checking in on the app, but it didnt work and we had to go inside. There is a parking garage connected to the hotel for only $10 a day.

  !!!BED BUGS OR FLEAS IN ROOM!!!

  Please keep in mind I have NEVER had to complain about any hotel stay ever this far in life. While in town for a concert, my brother and I stayed here for two nights. The afternoon following the first night, my brother noticed red raised itchy bumps all over the back of his legs. We assumed they could only be from the hotel, as we only left one time since checking in to get food. After looking up pictures of bed bug/ flea bites we confirmed that there was no other option of what they could have been. When checking out, we showed the receptionist the pictures of his legs as well as our disgusting molded/ brown duvet inserts. They reacted very quickly and asked for no additional information as they quickly said they would comp one of the nights. Which made us assume this might be a frequent problem due to their reaction. They later told us to send in the pictures and they would get back to us on comping the second night. We were then rushed to end the conversation and leave the hotel. When I called in today to check on the status of our refund, I was told that they sent someone out to test the room for bed bugs and it came back negative. We received no call with an update and were told that we would no longer be getting the second night comped after it was promised. This situation was handled extremely terrible by staff and my brother is still having major issues with his bites days later. We also had the maid service knock on our door three times, once at 8am, 9am, and 10am before checking out at 11am (1 HOUR BEFORE REQUIRED CHECK OUT TIME) Will never be returning to this Sheraton or staying at another one ever again. I would post pictures but the platform is not allowing me to attach them. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
