  Quiet, spacious and friendly

  Situated alongside the river and an attractive park with children's recreation facilities. The hotel looks modern on the outside yet feels quite homely inside. My bedroom was huge: 7 paces by 16 paces. Nice views. Free internet. Restaurant menu available in English. Nice staff. Breakfast can be a bit spartan when only a few guests. I think there are 30 bedrooms.

  Weird, but not bad

  Everything about this hotel is a bit weird but not bad. Of course, no-one speaks even a word of English, and smiling is strictly forbidden, as are most aspects of service from the front desk and the restaurant. That's just normal in Russia, though. Parking is free, directly in front of hotel. Check in was reasonably fast, although the hotel did not do the normally mandatory foreigner registration. No gym. Rooms are huge! The room was very nice and very clean and had a sitting area, a luggage area, and a large bed as well as a decent size work desk. Overall the room was very well equipped and well layed-out. Restaurant was bizarre, both in decor and menu and service. Half of the items on the menu (including 4 of 5 types of beer) were not available. It became one of those "just tell us what you do have" efforts at ordering food. For dinner, the food itself was not bad. Service was reluctant and inattentive (but that's normal in Russia). The breakfast was atrocious. No coffee - unless you wish to pay extra. No hot food, and a very limited selection of 3 pieces of spam, 2 pieces of tongue, 5 pieces of cheese, 2 cups of yogurt, one type of juice, some tomatoes, and 4 slices of bread were set out on the buffet. Breakfast opens not one second earlier than 8am, so don't plan on an early start. Overall it was just a bizarre experience. Next time in Ivanovo I'll try something different.

  no much ,,,

  We staing in the hotel during the christmas holidays ,, we take a suite ,even the price was more of a top hotel in moscow,,, we was expecting more for what we pay ,,, when we arrive the temperature outside was -24 and our room was also very cold , a lot of air pass to the windows ,making the room really child ,even they add a alectric heater , We was desapoint very much with the restaurant , and the lack of comunication between then and the reception , and also was almost nothing avaible in the menu ,,,, no chicken , no beef, no lamb ,no no no ,,,,, same with the beberages,,, no beer, and only some of the wines ,,,,,,on the wine list ,really desapointed ,,better to keep it close ,and no open ,,, room service only till 12, in the evening ,,, and same menu of the restaurant ,, the room rate say its the breackfast its included ,,,, but when you make check out you need to pay extra for plenty items ,,,,like extra toast bread, espresso etc etc , when you pay more of 10000 rub for a room, not in moscow , you expect more ,, really bad ,,, Regarding the room look tired and the bathroom,its no for a suite in a hotel ,,,, the wifi its almost no working ,,,and the answer when you ask to reception is .what you want ,? is for free,...... the only plus its they acept ,pets

  A restful and enjoyable stay

  Staying at this hotel was pleasant and restful. I was greeted by a friendly staff that immediately checked me in. I arrived early, but the staff had an available room and kindly welcomed me. The large room was well appointed. The furniture was comfortable and functional. The room was well lit and spotless. The large windows allowed me to enjoy the view of the snowy landscape. The hotel is conveniently located, yet surprisingly quiet. I was able to concentrate and catch up on some work. The wifi signal was strong and reliable. I streamed videos while simultaneously performing other bandwidth intensive tasks. I used room service and was impressed by the prompt delivery. The menu selection was vast and the food was outstanding. I also enjoyed a fabulous lunch in the restaurant, served by a gracious staff. I visited the spa and found the facilities to be spotless, like the rest of the hotel. The pool temperature was perfect and the sauna melted away the stress of the day. I know it contributed to a perfect sleep. The hotel was silent at night and my sleep was restful. I am pleased that I selected this hotel. My stay left pleasant memories and I look forward to returning in the future.
