  Estupendo Hotel

  Hotel con todas las comodidades no lejos del aeropuerto y con un ambiente muy tranquilo. Tiene todas las comodidades: Piscina, habitaciones perfectamente equipadas, gimnasio, terraza, aparcamiento, bar y restaurante. El servicio es muy atento y profesional. La única pega que puedo ponerle es el restaurante, donde se ofrece una gran variedad de comida, pero son lentos sirviendo. En cómputo global, recomendadísimo!

  Ambiance

  This is a very nice hotel. The ambiance is so nice and relaxing. The staff are also friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also very nice. The rooms were clean and nice and there was an ironing board in the room.

  Very good hotel in Ikeja

  Secure hotel, good parking facilities . Very good staff -helpful and friendly -genuine Nice rooms , clean ,working elevators Good bar and restaurants Reasonably priced for the location Not far from good restaurants -eg Captains almost opposite

  Bad start

  Hi! I just arrived at hotel at 5AM! They made me wait until 6AM for the check in even my booking was made with an 4AM check in option. But later the crew arent flexible or helpfull with me! I will leave the hotel at 26th at 3AM, so i cannot have my already payed breakfast! I tried to change that breakfast for the arrived day but they dont let me do that, they wanted to charge both! So, they arent cool, flexible or helpful! They just know how to say no!

  Missing Item

  My partner has stayed at this hotel several times. The last time he was there at the end of February, he left behind a piece of clothing when he checked out. A few hours later, he called the hotel to inform them that he left behind a piece of clothing and they were very nonchalant about it, claiming they found nothing. He went back there about 10 days later to spend a few more nights and this time, one of the staff said he was lying and she saw him leaving with this piece of clothing on his arm. He insisted that they check the security camera and only then did they admit that he wasn't seen leaving with it. The painful part was that the handling of this issue was so poor. There was no apology or compensation or rebate offered. We will definitely not be using this hotel again. For the amount of money that we have spent cumulatively at this place, the treatment in this instance was really poor.

  Gym should be open for longer.

  Nice hotel but could do better. The gym closes at 6PM daily (UNBELIEVABLE & VERY STRANGE). The "pool" was closed during my stay and staff kept saying it will be fixed today. That never happened. Its just a small 8x8ft pool with a flat bottom/floor. In 2024, this "luxury hotel" still issues guests with tickets for its wifi service, :) Food is great, wifi was poor in my room, constant light and hot water, comfy beds and pillows. Settled all bills before departure but staff ran to meet me in car stating a bill is outstanding. I advised him to check their bank account and WhatsApp records for receipts of payments. Good location for Ikeja.

  BIG NO for Indians

  A big thumbs down to hospitality of this hotel. Staying with my brother, being pure vegetarians from India, we ordered our food from Indian restaurant, after long day in field. I called room service to send 2 empty plates and 4 spoons. To my surprise, the person refused to provide unless we buy food from the hotel. I explained that they do not provide the food we eat, he still refused. I called front desk and asked for cooperation explaining my problem. After 5 minutes I was provided with 1 plate and 1 spoon for 2 persons. Waiter communicated me precisely that I can be provided only this, nothing more. If I was owner or senior management of this hotel, I would have fired GM and FnB manager of Shoregate Ekeja without wasting a second. They treat like they are doing favour to guests by providing basic amenities

  Harassment, unlawful detention by Shoregate

  If you're looking for an exquisite and friendly hotel, a helpful staff that would ensure you're happy, then Shoregate IS NOT for you. I have used this hotel three times in June, very bad experience. On Monday, six staff from my office -at my recommendation - lodged there. My office booked and paid 600,000 upfront to cover initial expenses. I was the last to check out today, they insisted I cannot leave and barricaded the door with security. They accused my office of not paying a balance of 220,000. I called .y office and they sent payment advise but Shoregate refused to listen. After restricting my movement unlawfully because the room was not booked in my name, I was forced to pay the sun of 220,000. Worst thing is the staff made no bones about this, they assured me they will NEVER let me leave.

  Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended

  We stayed in this clean hotel for 2 weeks during our summer vacation. Everything works in this hotel. The lift is reliable, hot and cold water with reasonable pressure. The restaurant is open 24 hours and the breakfast buffet has acceptable standards. Their rates are reasonable. The staffs are courteous and helpful. The porters are helpful during checking in but they could do with more porters to help with hand baggages on subsequent days
