  Excellent

  Stayed for one night with my wife . Brother in law and his wife stayed for 2 nights.We both had a lovely stay , given a warm welcome from Sue and shown to are room which was bright and very clean , Sue sorted a mini fridge for us. We had tea and coffee making facilities and a good size shower and a massive bed. Hotel is very close to the beach and Regent Road where the shops are. Breakfast next morning was brilliant with lots of choice, cooked and served by Trev who is a really nice guy . We will both be booking again later this year, so if you want a good b&b at a really good price go for the Silverstone you will not be disappointed .

  Amazing !

  Silverstone house is a hidden gem, The owners are friendly, nothing to much trouble and rooms are homely.Trevor cooks a amazing full breakfast.Also area close to the town,and waterways. Will defiantly book again. 10/10

  Last minute trip - what a find!

  I stayed here for 3 nights with my son on a last minute staycation. I wasnt sure what to expect (we dont really stay in England much!) but from the moment we arrived I wasnt disappointed. We had room 2 on the ground floor and I was a bit concerned wed hear noise from other guests but we werent disturbed at all. Sue and Trevor are great hosts. We were made to feel really welcome. The b&b is in a great location with parking on the street outside and the beach a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast was lovely each day with a good selection of items even in this new normal. Our room wasnt huge but it was comfortable and the shower was powerful enough. I especially liked the fridge which meant we could keep drinks (and chocolate!) cold. If we were going to Great Yarmouth again I would definitely return.

  Lovely Family Break

  We booked this amazing value B&B because of it's great review status and it didn't disappoint. First of all, our host Sue was really friendly, informative and made us feel very welcome in her home. Secondly, our spacious family room was very clean with fresh linen and towels. Thirdly, the facilities for the budget were great - we had an en suite bathroom and mini fridge in our room, not to mention an excellent location. The best bit - and largely the main focus of any of our trips is the food - Trevor does a mean breakfast and exemplary poached eggs! Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again in the future.

  Really Friendly and Clean

  Had a Great weekend. Really relaxed nice atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was Amazing. Will definitely return. Location is perfect, near to the beach and the main shopping centre. Room had all the facilities we required which was also bright and airy.
