Very good but could be betterI stayed there for a tour and it is good in terms of cleanliness and the location is great close to metro station and tram and also close to the shops of Lali for clothes, but the room for two people is very narrow, there is a problem in the bathroom door, and breakfast is a bit bad for a small variety, The receptionist was very friendly and kind and really helpful, I enjoyed it there, with an excellent price if I had a chance I would return to him

AverageWe were here for 3 nights. The morning reception "shahin" was a nice guy i met. He helped us with early check in. The location is very good. 5min to yenikapi metro station. Which is interchange station between 3 lines (including airport line). And 10 min to aksaray tram station. Near to wednsday and friday istanbul markets. Room was very small and very hard to move, just good for sleeping. Cleaning is medium. Breakfast is medium. According to the price it is a good place for short stay.

Lovely Hotel. Very Clean and Friendly StaffWe booked two rooms as we went as a family. We had a double bed room and a triple room. The rooms were very clean and there was a daily clean service. The breakfast was lovely too. The staff especially Shaheen (morning shifts) and the evening staff (forgotten his name) but he was amazing. They were so kind and helpful with everything. They made this stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. Originally we only booked for 5 nights here but we loved the hotel so we extended another 6 nights. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!! We plan to go back next year.. thank you to all the staff for being very friendly and understanding!!! Jibrael and Family (Sheffield, UK)

Sinem HotelThe location is little bit busy and noises day and nights, it is 150 m away from aksaray tram station. you could have misunderstandings with one of the receptionst who barely understand english but the other one is very good.

Great Staff. Really not expecting this for a 3.5 Tripadvisor and 7.9 Booking, and 4* hotel.Let me begin with the 2 things which were good: position, excellent. Reception guys, amazing. Regarding everything else: Holes in the hallway ceiling - not such a bug problem as we were not staying in the hallway. Bathroom door, sliding on 2 wheels, not really private so me and my bf could hear eachother's intimate moments. After flushing the water will continue to flow for at least 3 minutes before stopping by itself. Crying babies everywhere - very thin walls. Loud streets- Turkish style, i guess , good thing we walked an average of 20 km per day so we were beat and could sleep in any condition. AC almost broken, with rust, control not working properly. TV Remote control did not work at all - batteries, i guess - not a big problem as we did not need it. So, all in all, we loved the staff, we disliked the hotel. It is not a 4*. Breakfast: bad tomatoes, one type of cheese- some weird cheese, no butter but the vegetable option - margarine. one type of meat - some weird looking salami. Really, with all the food in Turkey, this was their breakfast. We had our breakfast up the street, at a corner small non stop restaurant. Very good food there and cheap. This was a very bad experience.
