  Nice boutique hotel

  This is a nice small boutique hotel in Gurgaon with 18 rooms. Rooms and bath rooms are big and well furnished. Good restaurant, with lcd TV, coffee maker (on request). Neat and well maintained. A minus of course is away from city centre. Since I am a member of Country Club stayed as it an associated property

  Distance from city, unfriendly staff

  We spent from our company took 4 rooms ( totallying in 8 nights) last month . The hotel is too far from nearest mall or shopping center or popular eateries. This makes one rely totally on the hotel staff for the essentials. Rooms are quiet old and only one room is refurbished. Infact it is a old property in which things were built upon. The cleanliness of the rooms are much below the standard of the popular brand of low cost hotel chains - OYO, Fab , Ginger etc. The furniture and tables show up stains of utensils / tea cups. The staff is not at all helpful and and they are also not available at phone calls. They are quiet rude and even made one of my colleague clean an accidental ketchup stain on a towel which they discovered when he was checking out Food though expensive is good , however the rooms are overpriced for similar hotels in gurgoan Not worth for the price. Would not recommend staying

  Nice Boutique Hotel @ DLF-III, Gurgaon

  We friends planned a get together at CyberHub Gurgaon. We get late after party, so planned to stay at Gurgaon. We booked two rooms and stayed at this property for one night. This is a nice boutique hotel having well furnished rooms and neat washrooms. The hotel staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was good.

  Amazing Stay in Heart of City!

  Hotel is located very near to cyber city where all the corporate offices are situated. Staff is very helpful and always ready to go to extra mile to please the staff. We ordered food at 11 pm and they served yummy and delicious food. Good work Siris 18 team!

  An Extremely Comfortable Hotel

  I stayed over at the Siris 18 for almost 2 weeks during Feb 2020 and given the long duration of my stay I felt exceedingly comfortable not just with the clean well furnished rooms and linen but also with the spacious bathrooms coupled with good supply of toiletries. The Chef and the F&B staff were more than willing to go that extra mile in customizing the food to my liking. The hotel staff were extremely polite and resourceful and Mr. Dinesh Kaushik the Operations Manager of the Hotel leads from the front in ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided by his staff at all times. He has done a great job of ably guiding his team members in delighting customers. I would recommend this place based on my personal experience.
