  Prmrný eský hotel. Servis a kvalita ucházející. Nezklame ani nenadchne. Vhodné i pro firemní akce. Kuchyn ucházející, snídan dobré. Traditional classic Czech Hotel. Good, but nothing special. Will not disappointed you.

  Good hotel in the center of Moravian Karst

  It is very good hotel in the heart of Moravian Karst. When you want to go tu Punkva caves and Macocha - this hotel may be the best. Near hotel you have suvenirs, little shops. Little trains go to the Punkva caves and you may here buy tickets. You may go to the glove by foot and for this you have very good asphalt road and beautiful nature. Hotel is clear, we did not heard our neighbours. Furniture was not new, but I think made from the wood. New carpet on the floor. Room was small (I dont know if it was only our room), but clear, good. Hotel has restaurant but we did not ate there. I think it may be good. If you want to eat here, may be try to reserve table, because we did not eat here, because they did not have a table or us. I may recommend this hotel.

  Good place

  A good place for visit of Macocha. The room is clean and beautiful, friendly personal staff. Foods in restaurant is good , but expensive. A very good transport from hotel to cave Macocha. It is a nice place for family vith adults. I recommend it.

  Best location

  You can not find a better hotel to stay at when visiting the caverns of Moravian Karst. There is an info center in a building next to the hotel, where you pick up the tickets for the Punkevni cavern - we had reserved ours by phone a week earlier, they get sold out quickly! At another counter we bought return tickets to the little shuttle train and the cable car, the shuttle train stop is nearby and runs every 20 minutes up to the entrance to the main cavern. The hotel receptionist was very sweet and helpful, my bad knees appreciated the rickety elevator to the second floor. We booked a studio with an amazingly huge bathtub, the room had a tiny seating area and a wooden wall with revolving TV separating the bed area from the rest of the room. We found the bed comfortable, with pristinely clean white linen, the pillows better than at most 3 star Czech hotels. The towels were perfectly clean and soft. A small fridge would be appreciated. The electric socket is hidden by the lightbulb in the bathroom mirror. Check out time was 10 AM, we had plenty of time to have a lovely breakfast, there were many choices buffet style, the yogurt was amazing and the rolls nice and fresh. I would not recommend the trout for dinner at the hotels restaurant, but thats another review. Parking right outside the hotel was free. If I wanted to explore the area further, I would stay here again.

  LUNCH ONLY!, which was not especiallay great!!

  This is a review of the lunch our Gate 1 Discovery Tour group had here on September 27, 2019. Our group of 22 did NOT stay here, we only ate lunch after a tour of the Punkva Caves. Restaurants in the area are pretty limited. We were served a weak beef noodle soup with Lipton-style noodles. Yuck. Our entree was two piece of tough beef with slices of the ubiquitous uninteresting dumplings (getting tired of them) in a fruity lemon/orange gravy. This gravy was delicious. But the best part of the meal was the appetizer of cream cheese and chives wrapped with a piece of ham. That was really amazing!!! It is too bad that it was too small to fill us...Should have been the entree!!! While I understand that places for tour groups to eat lunch in the area are limited, this place does not rise to the level of serving decent meals....Disappointing....
