  Stay away from there

  The room service ladies are thieves. They won't clean your room, they will check your travel bags of valuable belongings. If you talk to them about it then they speak Thai only. Btw no help by management.

  skaw beach 2017.

  Just returned from this hotel 4th march 2017 after 1 month stay. Hotel rooms need a total revamp one wardrobe and a dressing table with no drawers to put things is not acceptable storage, could also do with more power points,and modern showers put in. basically the rooms need completely modernising. The hotel itself is in a great position close to bars etc but being on a side street is quiet at nite and the staff are friendly. Swimming pool is a bonus which is kept very clean and i had it almost to myself most days.All in all this could be a far better hotel if the owners upgraded the rooms to modern standards. Nice stay if you dont mind 1970s hotels !.

  Birthday

  Came here with friends for a birthday treat. Friends had been here before but it was the first time for me and my wife. Stayed for 4 nights. Clean friendly with outdoor pool. We spent time looking round the area including a trip to koh lan island

  Very good location, good service, friendly staff

  been to hotel in august for a day visit, rates proposed comparing to quality of the services and room quite good, nice centralized location, easy to reach anywhere highlighted in pattaya, possibility to meet nice companies staying at hotel to get around, fine hospitable, smiling facing, attentive staff, good breakfast, clean and tidy room. you will enjoy to stay there

  Nice place but needs painting

  I stay here many times. Very cheep but big rooms with aircon minibar and hot water. Ask for room to the street. On back has no balcony. Also check the aircon. In some rooms this does not cool anymore. You can check in here without booking. Also in the morning. Always have rooms ready. Very good if you arrive with the morning plane.
