  Hotel agradable

  El personal del hotel es muy amable, además las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y cuentan con cocineta. El hotel no tiene elevador por lo que puede ser un problema cuando llevas muchas maletas. El desayuno esta incluido y se me hizo completo.

  Relaxing couples retreat at Sonesta

  Spent a four day vacation with my husband at the Sonesta Suites in Clear Lake. My husband and I had an amazing time. We loved the suite. Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The area is nice. Great for shopping, walking, or painting the town red. Great place for a couple and or family.

  Great Place

  I've stayed multiple times. Awesome place. The only reason I did not give a 5 rating is my neighbors on top of us were oblivious to people staying under them. They were loud and sounded as if they were stomping on the floor when walking. The neighbors across from me were rowdy, arguing, and fighting. Past that...... the rooms were clean, comfortable, and very much like a home set up. Awesome beds and pillows. Bring yourself, your clothes, your food, and your pet. Great value for the cost.

  My favorite place to stay

  I love to stay at this hotel whenever I am in the area due to the great staff and amenities.They are always eager to help out every time I have stayed here since evacuating from Hurricane Laura and I will be forever grateful for their hospitality.

  Very unsecure place. Careful!

  I stayed in the hotel for several weeks in June and July. Rooms are pretty well and they have been recently renovated. Hotel is very cheap compared to the rest in the area, this brings a lot of "weird" people that cant rent an apartment or are just hanging around in an area. The hotel has a complete open layout and there is absolutely no security, no cameras, no guards. There is not a common access or entrance (i.e. lobby). So people from the street can go to the rooms with any control. I was robbed there while staying in the hotel. My property was stolen right in front of my room at night. The manager of the hotel didn't care, didn't mind and actually justified the robbery. He was indifferent about the robbery and instead of showing some concern, he basically justified it!!! Who knows if someone from the hotel staff was involved in the incident. The guess service of the hotel company acted the same way and they didn't care. I reported the robbery to the police, they didn't do anything. (They are busy pulling you over while doing 43 in a 40 mph street.) I am still waiting for an apology from the hotel, showing some concern. After this lack of professionalism and terrible service, I checked out, even I had several days paid in advance, and moved to a different hotel. My advice DO NOT stay in this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel in the area, check if they have security personnel (some of them have, confirmed!).
