  Quilt Retret Weekend

  Tammy, Jessica, Lisa, we appreciate what you all did to facilitate our weekends. John, your food was just delicious. Truly, not one complaint...for 8 days!! Kim, I can't thank you enough for all you did for me and the ladies. Always with a smile. You treated us with first class attention. Steve, your crew was superb. Their attention to detail and the care they showed us is in part because of how you, the GM, treat them. They take pride in the hotel, in their positions and in doing a good job for you. I would highly recommend your hotel and hope to set up more quilt retreats in the future at the Southbridge Hotel.

  I did a random search for local hotel close to friends nearby and booked the brief stay. I was pleasantly surprised by Southbridge. Amazing place, Beautiful rooms and comfortable stay Starbuck complimentary coffee in rooms.

  Wonderful Hotel and Staff- Highly Recommend

  We reserved 3 rooms for a family gender reveal. We arrived and the front desk staff were friendly and kind. Check in was quick and organized. They gave you sanitized goodie bags of Starbucks coffee kits and tea for your room so you knew they werent touched by anyone. The hotel was impressively COVID clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were modern, clean and cozy and had nice furnishings. The bathrooms were clean, spacious and the water pressure and temperature of the water were wonderful which I do not always see at most hotels. One night we came back to our room and we had a box of cupcakes in our room with a boy or girl Question on it (see picture below). Such a nice touch that made you feel appreciated, valued, cared for and they listened as to the purpose of your trip/stay. We have the baby shower in April and have already reserved our room for that visit. The staff is phenomenal and goes above and beyond. The food (especially the quesadillas) were wonderful and the service in the lounge is second to none and accommodated our needs. The lounge was so cozy and you feel like you were in your family living room on the couches surrounded by your loved ones laughing and enjoying. I typically dont write reviews but this hotel and the staff definitely deserve it. Thank you and see you in April! Stay well!!

  Mini Vacation

  Took my family here for a little getaway. The pool was perfect. It felt like we were in Vermont. Before we arrived at the hotel I asked if they could do anything for my husbands birthday. When we walked into our room there was a ballon, candy, cupcakes and and card! It was incredible. We really enjoyed our stay here!

  Amazing place to stay

  I was very impressed the staff was excellent above and beyond great customer service. The room was spacious and a big comfortable chair. The bed was amazing best night sleep in a hotel yet. The restaurant has a full bar and wonderful food, very relaxing atmosphere.
