  Not great

  I dont even know where to start. The hotel lobby looked nice. The person at the desk was friendly. It wasn't until we got to our room that we realized how bad this hotel was. First it was so humid because they do not leave the air conditioning on in the rooms. The room was moist. The carpet, the windows, the bedding, everything was moist. The TV remote did not work. The TV was very old. The furniture has paint peeling off. The bedding had stains or hadn't been washed in a long time. It was hard to tell. The pillows were so beyond flat they had to be like 20 years old. You can tell they just paint over the mold in the bathroom because you can see dark spots all over the ceiling and walls. The breakfast consisted of toast or a bowl of cereal. The coffee was so disgusting. I couldn't drink it. They did not even have coffee makers in the room. So that was the only option. I would not stay at this hotel again. It's definitely not a 3 star hotel.

  Do Not Recommend

  Hotel was rather old and run down. It looks great from the front (the picture on the sight) but very dated. We were supposed to have a king suite with a sleep sofa. We did have a huge suite, but the sofa was not a sofa bed. Made it very difficult for 3 adults and a child to sleep, but were so tired we just stayed. Said something to the front desk and the comment was "I will say something to my manager". When my credit card statement came in I was charged twice for the room and had to go through quite a bit of trouble to get one of them refunded.

  Stop over night because of storms and too tired to travel onto Coco Beach, Florida

  Check in was very easy. And we used our AARP MEMBERSHIP for a discount. The room was old but it had been painted and was clean. Didn't find any bugs. There was a slight bleeding of mold in the bathroom ceiling. Bed sheets were clean, but they could use some better pillows and mattresses. But it was ok for our quick one night stay. If I make another trip down South again I would stay here.

  DUMP

  This was the WORST hotel...MOTEL... I have EVER stayed at, and I travel a lot. There is nothing true about this place that is touted in their advertisement: pool is unusable, putt-putt NON EXISTING, picnic area...two rusted grills....no tables - NOTHING, no movie nite, certainly NO MINTS on the pillow, rooms are musty smelling, finish on tub worn off,...I could go on n on... Any place would be better than this. Oh, and the breakfast was a joke to in include watered down coffee!

  Older Hotel Comfortable Stay

  Older hotel I believe it was a Ramada or Best Western once very comfortable and quiet rugs need replacing TV old and wifi not good no phone in room hair dryer broken no coffee maker and shower needs replacing but it was restful and affordable easy on and off 95 lots of nearby places to eat
