  Beautiful place to stay

  The hotel was decorated beautifully but what really stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Every person was personable, kind and made us feel they truly appreciated our business. We will definitely stay there again when were in the area.

  What they did not tell me when i reserved

  This would be a good hotel but not during the corona viris. When i reserved no one mentioned that the swimming pool was empty no water and that they did not make up your room bring fresh towels etc unless you asked specifically for them. No one also said they had very limited breakfast bagel cream cheese cereal but no milk. also no microwave so no breakfast sandwiches etc. In my opinion they should make this known when a guest reserves. all in all i will ask a lot more questions when i stay in another hotel during the pandemic.

  Nice place to stay

  Front desk staff person, Savannah, was friendly, competent and very helpful. Room was very clean which was great during Covid traveling. Breakfast was ok but is very limited right now due to Covid restrictions. Room is nicely set up with a refrig, desk good lighting. Bed was comfortable & bathroom had great lighting and nice shower. My only complaint was the A/C blew directly on the bed and didnt seem to have an adjustment for fan speed.

  Dishonest general manager

  We planned a stay for a bachelorette party. The party got canceled because of a positive covid case the day before arrival. It was to be canceled but with miscommunication, it didnt. I called to get my money refunded as we had not showed up this was Saturday morning check-in was Friday morning the general manager continued to tell me that there was absolutely nothing she could do for me to get my $780 back. I was looking right at the return policy and never once did she mention that she could give me half my money back being extremely dishonest. Its very disheartening for somebody in customer service to not offer any type of relief that they could do in a situation like this. It was extremely disappointing and I was very unhappy with this experience.

  Newer hotel, terrible service

  My first thing I noticed when spending my first night here was the complementary soaps and lotions. They were not only open, but they had been already used by the previous guest. I checked each bottle and they each were less than 25% full. During my stay, there were a maximum of 15 guests staying in the hotel, but the hotel staff chose to put everyone in the same area of the hotel, and not spread us out. My stay was completed with neighbors screaming every night, and house keeping attempting to wake me up at 6:30 in the morning. Over all, I would not recommend.
