  Muy buen hotel

  es un excelente hotel, que brinda un muy buen servicio, con habitaciones amplias y limpias. el personal del hotel brinda una atencion muy buena a cualquier hora del dia. el desayuno es exelente. les recomendamos este hotel.

  Hotel de paso. Bueno.

  Buen hotel para descansar, muy limpio. Nosotros estábamos de paso e hicimos solo una noche aquí, y todo bien salvo un poco ruidoso el aire acondicionado, pero tampoco es exagerado. Un desayuno bastante aceptable. Si es para pocos días es recomendable.

  Great Stay!

  We had never been to Fresno before, so it was important for us to get a good hotel where we felt safe. We are glad we found the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Fresno. We had a great stay! From the check-in, to the rooms and accommodations, to the breakfast and checkout, everything met or exceeded our expectations. The breakfast included several different options, everything was very clean, and we enjoyed the food. We will definitely stay here again!

  Disappointing, uncomfortable stay

  We stayed at the Fresno Springhill Suites in mid to late March 2024, as my son was competing in a regional swim meet in Clovis. We drove from San Jose and checked in fairly late in the evening, and we wanted to get to bed right away, as we had an early morning the next day. Upon pulling out the under sofa trundle, we were greeted by not only a mattress covered in food crumbs and hair, but a dirty pair of underwear! I called the front desk, but was put on hold, and after waiting 10 minutes, I decided to just go downstairs and speak to the front desk. The gentleman working was very friendly and professional, but he couldnt do anything because the hotel was full, they didnt have any spare mattresses, and housekeeping had gone home for the day. I asked if they had a vacuum cleaner, and he said no, that it was with housekeeping. So the only thing he could offer were some additional sheets and blankets to cover the mattress with, and he said he would make notes in the computer and that I could follow up with management during the day. My wife and I put on some gloves and used Lysol wipes to clean the mattress the best we could, but it was still filthy, so we ended up wrapping the sofa cushions in the spare sheets and blankets, and my son slept on top of the sofa. We never had a chance to speak to management, because we had to be at the pool all day, and checked out very early on the final day of our stay. Disappointing that no one reached out to us. We also didnt get housekeeping on the second day of our stay, in spite of the website advertising every other day cleaning. On the third day, I inquired, and was told that we had to request housekeeping. Finally, I would say that the website makes the rooms look a lot nicer than they are in reality, mainly because the bathroom areas have been somewhat updated (with an illuminated mirror), but the room still felt pretty old and dingy. Our bathroom door was misaligned and had to be forced open and closed. Parking is also $10/night, which seems like an unnecessary up-charge, given the huge parking lot shared with the other hotel on the property. Would not stay here again, and would not recommend.

  Fresno wedding

  First visit to Fresno. Came in for a wedding then traveled to national parks. Stayed at the hotel twice on this visit. Very friendly staff. Accommodating with early check in after long flight. Great part of Fresno. Close to higher end shopping and multiple food choices (try mountain mikes pizza). Safe location. Clean. Quiet. 15-20 minutes from airport. Not sure Ill be back to Fresno anytime soon. But would stay here again without question.
