  Feo, awfull

  Desayuno pésimo, escaso y de muy mala calidad. Las habitaciones super pequeñas no son suites son habitaciones normales pero las anuncian como que fueran suites son muy reducidas y apenas tienen espacio para caminar. Los baños muy pequeños y las toallas escasas. No recomiendo este hotel

  Excellent customer service, clean rooms

  We spent one night after arriving late in the evening from the east coast. Check in was easy and the desk agent was very friendly and helpful (I wish I got her name). Breakfast was decent and fresh. Upon check out, I realized I left my iPhone charger in the room and when we went back to inquire about it after we got back to Vegas after a night in Utah, I was told that they couldn't find it, but the maid remembers seeing it there in the room after we checked out. It just disappeared. I appreciated the desk agents efforts (Kia), but a bit annoyed that they did admit they saw it in the room when they cleaned it, but after that, nobody knows what happened to it. Perhaps the next guest took it.

  Visiting my daughter during quarantine from Dallas

  I was in town visiting my daughter .... so unfortunately it was a lot time spent at the hote, because of the covid guy, But I must say it was one of the best trips I have had in awhile, the team at this particular hotel was head over hills exceptional with there Courteousness and professionalism, Clare became a bright spot with her knowledge of the local area and constant attentiveness to my needs or concerns, will make this my home away from home when I visit my daughter. Great stay Dallas, TX veteran

  Outstanding Customer Service

  Thank you to Brian Werstuck, who was benounced to us and that he was actually the general manager of the hotel who checked us in. Our interaction during check-in was flawless and all so amazing! We were made aware of all the precautions and steps the hotel was following for the covid-19 pandemic to follow in order to have an successful day. Thank you to the General Manager for welcoming us on such short notice.
